The parcel was a special tree which…

The parcel was a special tree which took XPD 10 days to deliver. By the time it arrived the box had been torn in half & 3 branches snapped off the tree making it a ruined specimen. We hope the senders manage to claim a full refund for the value of the tree from XDP.
