I have been using High On Bikes for my bike parts for a long time now and have had nothing but good experiences.
The website is very easy to use and there are actually people behind the business who have always been very helpful when needed 👍🏻

Terrible company, I correctly packed and weighted the bike frame that I shipped. I received an automatic fine for weight adjustment, a fine for non payment, even though they had debited the amount from my account and another fine after the delivery which I’m currently disputing.
I would never use these people again, it looks line a money extraction scam to me

Buying from Gearmechhanger Always been an excellent experience. Quality products, good website, great stock levels backed up with personal support from Andy when you need it.

I regularly buy from his site and have always had great service, unfortunately my last order was delivered by Royal Mail to the wrong address.
Andy was sent proof of purchase by Royal Mail however it was clearly not my address.
Andy without hesitation sent a replacement hanger at his cost and I was able to get the customers bike back to them.
You don’t get service like this from Many companies these days. I have also always had a quick response to any questions I have asked.

I was put onto Rona Shoes by a friend who works on his feet all day. I bought a pair on his recommendation and as he suggested they are super comfortable and light, just like a pair of trainers. I work on my feet all day so these safety shoes are perfect. I went up half a size as the Rona web site recommended, however next time I would go up 2 sizes.

My driver was a really nice guy, polite, courteous and cheerful. Very efficient delivery, can ask for more 👍🏻

Bought two sets of semi metallic pads for SRAM Guide brakes. Pads are the usual great quality with good feel and performance. Would have given 5 stars but the delivery was a little slow. To be fair it is Christmas week so really to be expected. Can recommend the pads, good performance and a good price 👍🏻

I regularly use Paisley Freight for shipping bikes, I have found them to be competitively priced with great service.
I booked a bike for collection on Thursday morning, it was collected 2 hours later and delivered to the buyer by 10.30 next morning.

Get most of my gear from Chain Reaction Cycles, good stock, fast delivery and excellent product support on the occasions that I have needed it.
Chain Reaction back up the products that they supply, no quibble.

Ordered my elbow pads from Blackleaf and received them far quicker than I was expecting. They were even understanding when I chaned the colour of ghe pads after placing the order. Will need to order some knee pads next, will place the order with Blackleaf again, thanks guys
