I made an order on 7th December. I have not received the goods ordered and the company is not giving me any information about a despatch time. When I contact them I get the same vague computer generated response . They have refused to cancel my order and issue a refund. Have started a chargeback procedure. Avoid this company. Their customer service is awful.
Further to your response, I have contacted your customer team on numerous occasions and each time was told the matter would be escalated. I have had zero response since 20th December. I stand by my opinion that your company is a shambles and your customer service is appalling.

The shop has stored the machine that scans the QR code on the floor under a shelf at the back of the shop making it inaccessible and virtually impossible to use. No issues with Evri. Lots of issues with the shop and the poor attitude of the shopkeeper who doesnt appear to want to offer this service and is making it as awkward as possible for customers to use
