Appalling customer service, avoid

I made an order on 7th December. I have not received the goods ordered and the company is not giving me any information about a despatch time. When I contact them I get the same vague computer generated response . They have refused to cancel my order and issue a refund. Have started a chargeback procedure. Avoid this company. Their customer service is awful.
Further to your response, I have contacted your customer team on numerous occasions and each time was told the matter would be escalated. I have had zero response since 20th December. I stand by my opinion that your company is a shambles and your customer service is appalling.
