Winter baselayer fitted well and is comfortable and warmer than my summer one.

Regular order of Ecover Bio washing powder received safely--one of the best things about this product is the lack of smell (some washing powders can be smelt 50ft away !) This product has good review from Which consumer tests.

The loans and process and paperwork and variety of payment methods were explained to me well. The only negative was that there were some delays from both Lendology and East Devon Council which made the whole process unnecessarily lengthy. This has caused a delay in getting some work done as lead-in times have been extended.

Bought a replacement Neff dishwasher to replace previous Neff machine (about 18 years old ) and the machine was delivered on time and is now installed and working very well. If it lasts as long as the old machine I will be well pleased !! AO took away old machine and all packaging and my own plumber fitted with no problems also the old semi-integrated door was fitted easily. Good all round job.

Got the dog food I wanted at a good price but delivery was a little slow so you need to plan your purchase in good time.

The lock has stronger cable than other cafe locks I have tried, but the combination lock numbers are quite difficult to see as they are too small---but it works.

Bought 3 pairs of socks---as usual good quality and fit is very good, and at £6 a pair good value.

Bought mostly rehydrating tablets and gels.. They taste OK and one hopes that they are better than simply carrying more quantities of water. However, I feel that these items, whatever make, are over expensive and I can only justify buying if I get a good discount.

Needed some winter socks and bought a "thermal" pair which have worked well on first use. Also bought a summer pair, just because I liked non-boring pattern ! Good quality, fit nicely , quick service and sensible prices.

Came within a few days exactly as expected and now up and running.

The product ( a brass handle ) appears to be of high quality and exactly as expected----now fitted as a "grab handle" by toilet . I did have a query about the actual finish and could not get to speak to sales staff so left a request for a call back---it never came and I had to ring again several times to satisfy my query.
