The requirements for a passport/license etc. photo are strict. Trying to get a decent photo which complies with all the rules is tricky, and then getting a decent print even harder. As a result all my official docs have awful photos! No more. This SW does it all. I thought expensive, but frankly, worth every penny - a good result and in a few minutes.

As others have said, this is a poor offering in terms of what it does, but you have to sign up to find that out, and then they quietly charge your credit card knowing full-well what they are doing. Cancelling subscription not straightforward. US based company ripping people off. AVOID
Always had a full refurb on wheel damage before but limited ton diamond cut. I was sceptical that they could do an invisible repair on a diamond cut wheel but they did and a fraction of the cost.
Ordered Valentines card early Wednesday. I was offered Thursday or Friday delivery. I chose Friday and paid extra. It’s still not here Friday evening and now unlikely till Monday. This is the second or third time a Moonpig card has arrived days late.

Pickup was delayed due to insufficient room on van, but overall the service exceed expectations. Communications were good, so aware when item collected etc. however, was not advised of new delivery time after the pickup delay. Notification the day before of delivery window would have been nice. Would use again. Having paid insurance, advised that not covered because not paletised (but £20 premium retained).
Good quality, fast delivery, large or small. Always go beyond expectation. From a simple newell cap to a full oak staircase, we’ve had the lot including some bespoke parts. Telephone guidance on new staircase was excellent also. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
Ordered Valentine card and flowers to arrive on 13th Feb. Just got email saying they will arrive on or after the 15th.

I wanted specific winter tyres and could not source at a local or national tyre fitter. MyTyres have a wide selection and good prices but they likely come from Germany, so stuff (now) gets stuck in customers for 7 - 10 days. If you have an urgent requirement, go elsewhere. If you can wait and want good prices, and hard-to-find tyres, these are good. I am going to use again.
Having placed my order, they had a stock issue. Rather than make me wait or disappoint, they called and offered superior batteries that would normally be 40% more for the same price. Excellent service - recommend.
Liebherr fridge - Best price, fast delivery (next day), removed old and fitted new, positive delivery crew sorted everything. Kept informed along the way. Can’t fault.
Paid £17500 for bespoke greenhouse including 1100 for the gothic doors. The ‘gothic’ effect is simply some shapes cut out with a fret saw and stuck on the glass with double sided tape - not very professional. The wood used was sopping wet, so as it dried out, it shrank, warped, and the double sided tape failed. 8mm gaps opened up. We complained for 3 months and eventually got a response when fitters were (supposedly) sent to resolve it. They agreed the gothic sections needed re-making and replacing. Since then, another 2 months have passed and we get no response to emails or calls. Basically, Woodpecker have gone to ground. My wife wrote to our contact there threatening legal action, and copied 2 directors. No response - not a whimper - nada. The staging supplied was simple stained softwood (don’t expect cedar) which was also sopping wet and took a month to dry out - whereupon it fell apart and needed to be repaired. It won’t last and we’ll replace. Overall, it does look lovely, and the construction principles are good. The roof glazing is aluminium capping, so maintenance free. Glass is all toughened. No leaks. Absent the door issue, we’d be very happy, but the customer service absolutely sucks. Maybe that’s the individual that they have at front of house and not a reflection of the whole company. We offered to have our joiner sort it if they refunded the cost of the door option - no response. Bottom line - ok if it’s all in order but a nightmare if you have any issues. A local joiner would have done better quality for not much more ££ Update: following this review, Woodpecker contacted us and resolved the issue - collecting the doors and returning a few days later. They used a different wood (iroko?) which should perform better in changeable conditions. I have updated the rating from. 1 to a 4. Perhaps my advice is to avoid the Gothic doors - the base greenhouse and original install were good.

I apologise for your experience so far and that the problem with your doors has not been resolved. As discussed today we did attempt to call earlier in the week to discuss the ongoing matter, but were unable to establish contact. We will be in contact promptly with dates to arrange the correction of the outstanding door issue in a prompt manner so you can continue to enjoy your greenhouse.
Hard to be objective when the process was so severely impacted by the IT problem, and since they run the business using a workflow management system, when their IT was (illegally and maliciously) destroyed, the business stopped. I was initially very pleased to be able to upload all documents and progress the sale electronically and then we went into a comms vacuum. Victoria was excellent though and we reverted to phone and email. The chain below us caused delays - I am not aware that any delay was caused by DCLaw and Victoria chased things for us. Considering the cost, I am happy they did a good job - the only fault is that I would have liked to be informed by email when the IT glitch first happened, and to be updated each week rather than be left a month in the dark (but for a while I suspect they did not even have email). I don't think it would have been any quicker if we had used a local conveyancer and I would use DCLaw again. Funds cleared within an hour of completion.

Used this company a few times now for oak. Stuff just never turns up for weeks and then you have to chase. What they ship is good, and the price is fair, but you need to order at least 2 months before you need it and pray. Presumably they only cut the trees down when you order.

Fed up with buying so-called “heavy duty” bags only to find them as thick as cling film. The Polybags heavy duty bags are the real deal. Commercial quality. Arrived next day even though they said 2. We use them for bagging up ice cubes or freezing bulk soup etc. Never puncture or leak. Will source future purchases from here.

We use quite a few hardwood worktops, and houseofworktops has become our ‘go-to’ source due to availability, delivery, quality, and price. So many other places are out of stock, or take weeks to deliver, and when it arrives there are issues. Never had a problem - customer service is good. Update.. just ordered again and this time got a call offering to oil /finish worktops because we ordered unfinished. At first I thought this a bit pushy, but it avoids the worktops warping if you don’t seal them adequately immediately on delivery, or store carefully. We’ve had one worktop warp slightly due to storing untreated a few weeks - if you do store unfinished, you need to be really careful to make sure air humidity is controlled and free-flowing equally on both sides. All solid wood worktops will warp if left unsealed-if yours warp, don’t blame the supplier!
Simply delivered - nice product, reasonable price, and next day delivery was actually the next day. Items were well packaged. Would recommend and will use again.

A few suggesting this company is a scam. I believe they are a sham - they don’t deliberately set out to defraud you, but their delivery lets them down. They are run out of Ipswich Glass which is a large factory producing all sorts of glass items. I ordered units in May with 10 day delivery. After 3 weeks I inquired and was told they were being shipped next day (Saturday ) on a 2 day delivery round. The following Wednesday I inquired again, and was informed there was a manufacturing issue that had delayed them, and they would go out on the Thursday on a 2 day round. The units were to go in a 2nd floor window and the scaffolder wanted his scaffolding back, or we were looking at penalty. I emailed on the Friday morning and was informed there was a further delay, but if all went well they would be with me on Sunday late. I could not risk it - I was prepared to order locally, but lead time on laminated and toughened units is 7-10 days. I made an 8hr round trip and drove to Ipswich to collect the units. At no time did the company proactively inform me of delivery date, nor of delay and no offer of refund on delivery. Their terms absolve them of any liability to deliver the items on time. My units were made on 10th June, so they were hanging around the factory for 8 days. The issue is that if you want the glass, there’s no telling when you will get it. I would not use them again. Although the ordering process is excellent, it counts for nothing if you don’t get the items.
