Failed to transfer my broadband later than hoped after a house move because they sold me super fast fibre then there informed by open reach it wasn’t fibre optic at my new address. To add insult to injury they were told 9 days before the installation date. Now I’m having to wait another 2 weeks to get ADSL as an engineer is not available despite paying for a priority visit on my installation date. Truly shocking! Then a had to threaten a formal complaint to the ombudsman to get my monthly fees refunded for the period they aren’t supplying any service. It’s a truly abysmal service. I’d change supplier but the cancellation fees lock you in with no rights as a consumer.

Always wanted to try hunt carbon wheels and took the plunge we my new bike had stock wheels which didn’t optimise 28mm tyres. So swapped out the wheels on the build for Hunt Carbon 40’s. Wish I’d done it sooner. Easy to order and delivery was fairly quick. They roll really well and look great with minimal branding. Highly recommend Hunr wheels. Great product excellent service and a local business supported as well. Happy customer all round

Cancelled old policy as twice as expensive as new policy through price comparison site. no a great way to treat existing customers but happy to have avoided.

The order process and delivery was fine, but be warned returns will leave you seriously out of pocket and frustrated with the process of arranging and paying for returns then informing the details of your return to get a refund.

Gary was great. Friendly and professional. Turned up as planned and replaced 2 tyres in no time at all. Was the easiest service to book and get done.

I mean't to compliment Anne Marie and her team in Eastbourne last year when we moved for such a great job they did, but i never got round to it.

Well i have now and can say they are excellent and certainly put their colleagues to shame at the Hove Office.

Nothing was too much trouble, went above and beyond to save us at the 11th hour on moving day and even helped with a reluctant skip company to ensure all was good.

Have already recommended to friends, business associates and family.

You'd be crazy not to appoint them as your conveyancers!

Very disappointing service when buying a high end bike...

Just experienced a less than satisfying experience when buying a £5k+ bike through Evans Gatwick.

All started well by ordering online in the sale and taking the excellent trade in deal for an old bike which made it a good offer on a 2018 bike.

Sadly it all went downhill from there, the order took nearly a month to be ready for collection despite the order confirming a 10 delivery lead.

On collection the bike was just presented to me for a test ride before sale, no manual for the bike, and when i asked for a manual, was given a german/french one! finally got the english manual on third time of asking.

Then i was handed the ICS Garmin/camera mount in a bag without instruction on how to fit, told to download from BMC when asked.

No DI2 instructions or charger supplied either, again, when challenged this was supplied after waiting for the item to come down from the warehouse.

The tyres were inflated to 60 PSI and integrated cabling was loose, so asked for this to be sorted.

Clearly failed to prep the bike before collection, little interest in preparing the manuals, accessories and paperwork in advance.

I have since taken the bike to my respected LBS and they confirmed the cables have been routed incorrectly and will need to be re-done.

As if this wasn't disappointing enough, Evans Special Orders have now written to confirm that they can't accept my order for the shorter stem as they are experiencing issues with their suppliers (BMC).

In summary, poor service, poor mechanical build and lack of after sales support. i'll be recommending your local LBS or smaller retailer who stocks your chosen manufacturer in future.

the ordering experience was clear and straight forward with the delivery lead times being accurate. choice of payment methods and finance options were really good when compared to other retailers.

Mildly disappointed this wasn't a stock item, but, happy to wait for delivery as the item is exactly what we need

Such a rare but yet refreshing change to be able to write such a glowing review. Richard and the whole team at Watchfinder were fault less in this transaction, they dealt with the part-exchange of my existing watch for a new pre-owned model brilliantly.

Used a cheaper competitor previously with terrible results, decided to have one last go, so ordered custom cut film from Purlfrost Ltd and wasn't disappointed. Delivered quickly cut perfectly and great quality. Detailed in instructions followed to the letter and the result was a perfectly fitted (no bubbles or scratches) frosting to the window. high recommend this product.

Prendas are great, they have a small yet highly desirable catalogue of cycling kit, the website although a little clunky was relatively easy to use and as for delivery, well outstanding - fast efficient and well packaged.

All in all a great company, who'll get more custom from me in future
