Our experience with Miller Homes at Potters Hill, Sunderland was perfect. Nothing was too much bother. We were kept informed at each stage of the process.

The sales lady, Margaret, who took us through to completion is lovely. Every week she would ring and explain where we were at, advise us to order bins etc and answer any questions. We met Margaret at our pre plaster meeting along with Andy the site manager. Both were extremely polite, pleasant, friendly and most of all very professional.

When we got the keys to our house we were given all the information we needed re appliances, emergency numbers, snag lists etc.

A week later we were visited again and snags were sorted very quickly.

All the team were professional and helpful. The joiner, plumber, painter etc, and Customer Services.

We honestly can't fault Miller Homes and we love our house!

We bought a house at Miller Homes, Potters Hill, Sunderland. The house is beautiful. We were kept informed of progress all the way. What was really interesting was the pre plaster meeting, where you could see the house before plasterboard went up.

Andy the site manager and Margaret the sales lady have both been wonderful. So professional but also friendly and very helpful. Any minor snags have been sorted very quickly.

We cannot fault Miller Homes at all. This is our second new build but by far the best experience.

This company are highly recommended by me! From the chat i had to the delivery. I ordered via chat as the table was for a new house rather than where i was living. Everything arrived on time.
