My first dealings with Howe Tools and I must say a favourable one. Straightforward ordering process and quick delivery. Kept up to date with the delivery timeline. All in all, Howe Tools will be a company I shall look to again.

The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful, but receiving the products you actually order is very hit and miss unfortunately!
Easter items especially, which you would think would be plentiful on Easter weekend, were out of stock. A sorry state of affairs. Also, very dependant on who picks your order. Some are very poor, with items with only a day’s use by date left. Come on Sainsbury’s, improve your stock and the people you choose to pick the items for delivery.

Lloyds Direct are extremely efficient in sending reminders and keeping one fully updated if there is a stock problem.

The operative who came was very polite and friendly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to wait 3.5 hours in my car for the repair. However, this delay may not have been the fault of Locksmiths & Locks. I don’t know when the RAC notified them. It could be that the RAC/key insurance people are to blame. Overall, a satisfactory result from Locksmiths & Locks.

I’m a first timer with “Must Have Ideas”, and have to say that so far I have been very impressed with their efficiency and customer service. I ordered two products, both of which seem to do what they say they will do. Early days, but from my experience so far, I would recommend this company.

A good efficient service, most of the time, but have found that on occasions Lloyds Direct have been out of stock of a certain repeat medication I have, so in the end have to collect it from a pharmacy myself. Don’t understand why this should be and it has only started relatively recently so probably outside of LD’s control?
