The operative who came was very polite and friendly and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to wait 3.5 hours in my car for the repair. However, this delay may not have been the fault of Locksmiths & Locks. I don’t know when the RAC notified them. It could be that the RAC/key insurance people are to blame. Overall, a satisfactory result from Locksmiths & Locks.
