Perfect Place To Buy The Perfect Fitting Suit

I’ve used ‘Slaters’ of Birmingham a lot over the years and have always been impressed with their suits and customer service. However for the 1st time I decided to buy a suit from them online. They have surpassed ALL expectations!!! The suit I ordered arrived very quickly (within 2 days of placing the order), it was a lovely quality and had a great look about it.
I was delighted with my purchase, though there were a couple of bits that I thought might need a little adjustment. I’ve purchased it for a ‘Black Tie’ event and unfortunately due to other commitments hadn’t had the time to go in to the store to take advantage of their ‘Free’ adjustment service. As the event is this Saturday, I assumed that I’d left it too late, but thought I’d give a call regardless. Beth answered the call and was amazing, not only polite, professional and courteous, but she managed to speak with her manager Imran Sindhi who said if I could get into them on Tuesday they would try to help me.
When I got there on Tuesday I was met by Imran who impressed from start to finish. What this guy doesn’t know about tailoring, I would imagine isn’t worth knowing.
He helped me out no end and also gave some good advice. When I told him that I needed suit for this weekend. Instead of looking at me gone out, he simply said “Let me see which seamstress’s are available and I’ll come straight back. He came back with the amazing news that I would be able to pick the suit up today. I have and it looked AMAZING, their attention to detail is perfect.

Unfortunately Imran wasn’t working today when I went to pick it up, but a young man called Jayden carried on the fantastic service. I am so impresssed with Slaters, they offer a fabulous service not seen in so many shops today! Yes it’s a little bit like going back in time to ‘Are You Being Served’ but it’s a quality professional service offering quality garments!!! Well done to you all

Worst Blazer Ever!!! Avoid!!!

Quite possibly the worst blazer that I have ever owned!!! Wouldn’t mind if it had been cheap, but it really wasn’t.
Like most blazers/suit jackets it came with the pockets stitched up. I carefully unpicked it only to find that there was no inner pocket lining. Being disabled I need a few pockets for tablets etc, but when I put anything in my pockets, I ended up having to chase things round the lining.
So disappointed, certainly won’t be using Dobell again and wouldn’t recommend them!

Couldn’t be arsed to assist a customer!

I placed my order online, within seconds of placing it I realised that I’d used the wrong delivery address, so I immediately emailed Designerwear.co.uk with my order number and asking them to change the delivery address before sending it.
3 DAYS!!! Later I got an email saying that it was too late to change the delivery address and that I had to sort it!!!
Absolute shower of shite!!! After 2 failed delivery attempts Royal Mail finally allowed me to change the delivery address and luckily for my my elderly mother lived in the same postcode!
The product is fabulous, but I won’t be using Designerwear.co.uk again!!!

Genuinely good skip company

Very simple and swift transaction. There’s not a lot you can really say about a skip firm, but the were on time when they delivered, in time when they collected and helpful on both occasions. Easy to pay for. Recommended

I have now received my new item and I am very happy with it. It’s good quality and very reasonably priced. Shame there was a slight glitch with the delivery, but I will definitely be using Purity again.

Sorry you haven't received the item yet and it is running later than we would expect. I'd expect it to be with you early next week.
The item was dispatched last Monday (first working day after you placed your order). The tracking doesn't show as not dispatched but on the Royal Mail website as "An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item". Standard Royal Mail shipping isn't a fully tracked service and only updates when they try to deliver the item.
TrustPilot automatically sends out the requests for reviews once it expects an item to be delivered to get the most honest feedback, and isn't something we control.
Hope that explains things.

Do your jobs properly you morons!!!!

Didn’t use the ‘RING’ doorbell, no card put through the door to say that a delivery had been attempted. 1st thing I knew about my delivery was when I got an email asking me to comment on it and saw that my parcel ‘Was in an outbuilding’ that I don’t have!!! Found it in the wheelie bin!!! Fuming!!! Do your F***in job you moron!!!

Product issues, non existent customer service

Purchased my scooter in August, arrived promptly enough and was ok for 1st few rides. Then noticed that the rear valve was catching on the frame. Causing the tyre to constantly deflate. There is NO way of contacting PURE by phone and when you email it can and often does take more than 48hrs for someone to get back to you. Had to send the scooter back which cost me a further £15 as I had to purchase a new cardboard box from them. Didn’t hear anything from them for ages. Ended up having to contact them to see where my scooter was, then all of a sudden there was some form of correspondence, but still no answers. I’ve ended up handing the scooter back and am now awaiting a full refund.
I was speaking with the delivery driver who delivered it to me and he had similar issues. I can’t recommend a better e-scooter seller, but would advise that if you are looking for 1 that you use a company that you can at least speak to on the phone. Very disappointing for the price. Sorry PURE, but I wouldn’t recommend you and certainly won’t use you again until your reviews show better customer satisfaction.

Seem to have sorted themselves out!

Finally WeRChristmas seems to have sorted themselves out and for the 1st time in 3 years have delivered on time and without any disappointment. Having said that, I did order extra early this year to save me from any issues. Please keep up this level of service.

Extremely Poor Customer Service!!!

Customer services are very poor here. There’s no contact number, issues are only dealt with via email that usually take a minimum of 24hrs before you get a non automated response, even if you request a call back. I have followed the returns details to the letter and still my scooter is sat in my hallway, boxed up awaiting collection from DPD! Really not happy about the service I’m receiving.
The scooter itself is ok when it works, but customer service and communication could really do with massively stepping it’s game up!!!
