Extremely Poor Customer Service!!!

Customer services are very poor here. There’s no contact number, issues are only dealt with via email that usually take a minimum of 24hrs before you get a non automated response, even if you request a call back. I have followed the returns details to the letter and still my scooter is sat in my hallway, boxed up awaiting collection from DPD! Really not happy about the service I’m receiving.
The scooter itself is ok when it works, but customer service and communication could really do with massively stepping it’s game up!!!

While this is unfortunately out of our control, our dedicated customer care team are working hard to arrange a collection for you with our other couriers.
