Staff at Lymington branch were very helpful and doord were delivered as promised They have been installed and we are very pleased with them. Would recommend.

Order was slightly delayed because of parts shortage but I was kept well informed. Eventually they installed several upgrades to my order to complete order - at no charge. Delivery was quick. I had a few problems with set up, of my own making but they were very helpful and patient. Machine installed and running well. Excellent value for the price. Would highly recommend.

Never travelled with Grand UK Holidays before so not sure what to expect but the trip was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations. Very reasonable pick up time and the journey there and back was comfortable and very well managed and the drivers were great, as was our tour manager. The hotel was very good and the staff friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent excellent quality with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Entertainment each night was great, especially the lady violinist and the visit to the local pantomime was a great piece of entertainment. Really could not fault anything so would highly recommend. Well done for providing a very enjoyable Christmas!

As usual everything was well arranged. Room was warm and comfortable, food was good and staff were friendly and helpful. One minor complaint would be that we often felt the communal areas, except restaurant, were on the cold side. We were fortunate to have a great driver in Dave - both informative and fun.11⁸
