Really nice considerate guy who knew his job well, thanks.

The engineer telephoned me prior to arrival on the day of his appointed visit, he gave me an eta and asked if there were any parking issues. He arrived on time and parked on our driveway as agreed. He visited our house whilst wearing a face mask and was careful to maintain his social distance and didn't touch any doors, walls etc whilst I escorted him to the area of the boiler. He contained his presence. He investigated the boiler issue and determined the necessary repair. He had the part in his van, all fitted and tested, WE HAD HEAT. Really nice considerate guy, all done and gone within 45 minutes. Great service. Thank You.

So easy

So easy, I’ve never used Parcel Force before but I certainly will in future. Paid and booked online, easy, user friendly. Driver arrived to collect parcel, armed with the destination label, he stuck label on, gave me a receipt, all took seconds and socially distanced. Great service and at a price that is very competitive. Thank you.

I've been searching for ages then Eureka.

I've been searching for ages to find a non slip tray that was light, ok for 4 cups/mugs, then I stumbled on this tray. I cannot rate it high enough. I suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis and finding suitable aids isn't easy, this tray is the best I have ever found and at a good price. Item arrived quickly as well,
