Did a online valuation quote and booked…
Did a online valuation quote and booked an appointment. Was kept waiting for over 40 minutes, then the person had trouble with his tablet. So did visual look of car and then asked me to wait whilst checked everything on his work computer. Came back over ten minutes later with a quote over a grand less than quoted. Said can't understand why quoted so high and would phone buyer team and then me. To give me an idea of where we both stood. No call was ever taken and when went back on the site out of curiosity I was shown an higher price. As thought just a gimmick to get you in and hope you take what ever they offer
