Still waiting for a refund don't not use this company do not part with your money as you won't get anything but they will take your money it's not a uk company it's based in Hong Kong save you money and buy from a uk based company please don't get ripped off like I did

Poor awful rip off merchants

Avoid like the plague ordered a watch arrived into dpd hands then disappeared £321 later no watch , one digital not interested in replacing or refunding been well and truely had suppose you live and learn
Blame both companies both rip off merchants avoid avoid save up and buy from a uk shop this is from Hong Kong into Manchester the god knows we're

Thank you for placing your order with us.

We've investigated the issue on our end and here's what we've found out.

The order was placed on 10/10/16 and was completed and left our warehouse the same day.

Shipping takes 48 hours from our warehouse to DPD courier. Once received delivery will take 6 - 8 working days as what you've chosen.

Please allow ample time to have this received by DPD for delivery.

The delivery company that doesnt

Update of.my last review parcel lost dpd have told me so well done and the supplier doesnt believe me so I'm out of pocket with no.gift for a birthday .
Stay very clear of this company they seem to.lack a decency with there customers and the parcels they are trying to recieve

A very disapppinted customer

Having ordered from the internet im then told my parcel will be dispatched via DPD this is when the problems begun .
You have the tracking number fine and it tells me it's going to be delivered yesterday 17th oct this doesn't happening I try to ring but get no answer just constant we will be with you shortly I take to twitter to complain and suddenly dpd start to follow me don't quite undersatand why but they say they will loook into it still no joy ,
Please please please please please dpd either pick up the bloody phone when we try to contact you or responded and let me know when my parcel will ever be delivered will now look when I order of the net if dpd are the chosen couriers and will shop with someone else awful service
