This company is a Con

Do not I repeat do not purchase anything from this company. I cancelled an order way back in November lats year and still awaiting a refund.
It has been one excuse after another and they stopped replying to my emails and theis customer support telephone number is a joke with no one answering.
I am now seeking legal advice

This my last email received from…Order no 515-4850

This my last email received from ONEdigitals:

Currently we are not able to process your refund directly to the original payment method - card payment, however, we can process refund as direct deposit. Alternatively, you may also contact your bank and initiate a chargeback process.
If you would prefer for us to refund with direct deposit, please kindly read and aknowledge waiver below by copying and amending with your details, where required. Please kindly revert with your bank details and copy of waiver.
"I, [name of customer], for and in consideration of the payment to me of [Refundable Amount], the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby release, waive and discharge my right, whether by contract or under operation of law to file cause of action(s) or claim(s) which I may have against [name of website/company] now or in the future.
It is declared that the terms of this settlement are fully understood; that the amount or type of consideration stated is the sole consideration for this Agreement and that the sum is accepted voluntarily for the purpose of making a full and final compromise, adjustment and settlement of all claims for any liability that may result from the above noted business transaction. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, his respective, administrators, all representatives, successors and assigns.
For the above the noted consideration, the parties to this Agreement further agree not to make claim or take proceedings against any other person or corporation which might claim contribution or indemnity under the provisions of any statute or otherwise."
If you already have initated chargeback process, you are not required to submit your bank details or the above waiver as refund process is now handled by your bank. Please note that direct deposit processing may take up to 10 business days once bank details are updated on our payment system, however, we will do our best to process all refunds as soon as possible.

They report my previous review which contains the same text...I just want my refund back.
I have taken further steps by sending the case to EU court and I will never stop until this company will be a fraud to anyone.

Everyone here! These guys must be stopped.

I am going to find out their credit card processor and have their account shut down - this fraud is unbelievable.

I will also contact office of fair trading. Can you guys back up your stories with email evidence from these fools?

onedigitals.co.uk

I regret shopping with onedigitals.co.uk. Still waiting for my refund but they are hopeless. I have raised it with my bank fraud lately and they are dealing with them on my behalf which is good.
However, this site is an absolute scam using legal domain name and SSL certificates. I did some research and checked their domains using domain look up and gov.uk companies search. They currently in business using the following three domains.

Venturedirect.co.uk
Onedigitals.co.uk
Mobicity.co.uk

All three are part of the MilkyWay Group.
English phone numbers but the address for Venturedirect and Onedigitals are in the same building in Hong Kong.

The contact telephone numbers for Onedigitals and Venturedirect are very similar, just the last two digits being different.

Milky Way Group say that they acquired Venturedirect and Mobicity during 2016.

Their websites have various similarities and upon phoning each of their telephone numbers you get an exactly the same recorded message spoken by a very similar sounding female voice.

Scam company will take your money

Similar story to below, although they do now seem to be manning the Char service, for all the good that does.

Ordered and got a prompt email saying the order was being processed, then nothing. I discussed on chat, where they claimed a 'unexpected surge in orders resulting in low stock and they were waiting for more'. Not able/willing to tell me how long it would be before they restocked. I immediately requested a refund, and they said it would take up to 10 working days to process.
On day 11 (why did I bother waiting?) I got through to them on Chat again, this time they say they have software problems that prevent them from giving me a refund, and that I need to wait a further 25 working days for them to sort that out.

I've now done what I should have done weeks ago and filed a dispute against them with my credit card company.

IF YOU DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE THEN I HAVE TIME TO TELL THE WORLD HOW INADEQUATE ONE DIGITALS SERVICE IS

Dear Sir(s),

I am extremely perturbed to understand (if I am correct) that this order (as referred to) has (seemingly) not been dispatched to me.

When this item was ordered up 19th December 2017 – The indication given to me was that the relevant item was in stock.

Please directly contact me urgently to advise as to ETA / delivery status for this item – As I appear unable to receive a response (answer) to my telephone call (01290 211101) of this afternoon.

Be advised (as indicated) that this item was ordered with a credit card (and required / desired as a Christmas / festive season present).

To be (seemingly) still waiting for dispatch on 10th January and after my credit card has been charged and the relevant statement paid is completely unacceptable.

I require contact / satisfaction as to delivery etc. by close of business this Friday (12th January) – Failing which I shall seek recovery of the payment via my credit card supplier (amount in excess of GBP £100).

DO NOT USE! HOW ARE THEY STILL TRADING?

Does anyone know how this company can still be trading and taking peoples money? My boyfriend ordered me a Polar watch 2 weeks before Xmas on 6 day delivery but have received nothing.

We had an email last week to say the item has been dispatched but not living in hope that we will get anything.

Currently trying to get his money bank via his Bank!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Ordered an iPhone 6 from them - I should have known the price was too good to be true! They hook you in by advertising free shipping, 30 days return policy, and list the couriers they use to ship them out, but then they are completely impossible to contact. Their phone number is a Scottish number but it says their office is in London, it just plays a voicemail about calling back during opening hours 8am-5pm when you are actually within those times. The online live chat I waited for 2 hrs in the queue and when I finally got to the first position it just said “connecting with online representative” for over half an hour so I think the “queue” was just people giving up before me. Absolute abdominal company, if they’re even a company at all.

One Digitals - scam website. Avoid!

I can’t believe I fell for it. Their website is so convincing! I ordered a Sony camera for 249 GBP. It never arrived. They are uncontactable. At this point I don’t know if the bank will refund our money. As it was a Christmas present we’ve ordered the same camera again, off eBay. If you don’t want to pay twice, then avoid One Digitals like the plague, just stick with Amazon and eBay.

An incredibly despicable company that …

An incredibly despicable company that is obviously very clever at scamming all their customers. I've received an email stating my order can't be completed at the price I have paid (money taken from my bank). I immediately requested a complete refund and have heard nothing from them since. Their on line review ratings are based on their ordering system- efficient at taking money- not on their ability to fulfil any order. I shall be contacting my bank with immediate effect with a view to reclaiming my money. DO NOT TOUCH THIS OBVIOUSLY FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Horrible service

Ok I would like one digital to respond to this post. I've sent again another email directly to them with no reply... it's disgraceful and totally unprofessional. No order no response but my money was taken... I wish to cancel my order and refund my account.

Beware, avoid ONEdigitals at all costs!

I wish I’d read the reviews of this company before interacted with them! I ordered an iPhone 7 plus for my daughter’s birthday on a 3 – 5 day delivery which would mean it coming well in advance of when I needed it.

When my account was still saying the order was processing over a week later I dropped them an email to see if there was an issue with the order but received no response.

I managed to get hold of an online chat advisor to be told “I am sorry to disappoint you but upon checking, I can see that there has been a delay in your order due to an increase in the demand for the item in the market, the supply lines are convoluted at the moment. The stocks that we have in the warehouse are depleted and because of this, the system was not able to cope and update the website accordingly. At the moment we are unable to confirm a delivery date for the item on your order. Rest assured that I already requested an update from our Purchase team and our purchasing staff is working flat out to secure stock for your order as fast as possible. We will update you within 1-2 business days once we have more news, but if you prefer to cancel your order or if you would like to explore alternative options please let us know.”

I took their option of cancelling my order to be advised that “it may take us up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for the refund to be processed internally. We won’t be able to confirm the exact date it will be credited to your account, as processing times of financial institutions vary.”

Why does it take 10 working days to process a refund?!?!? I’ll be contacting my credit card company to get a refund as I don’t trust ONEdigitals to actually return my money.

Do not use ONEdigitals, this is a total scam.

PS ordered the iPhone from John Lewis and it was delivered the next day, cost me slightly more but worth it to actually get the product I ordered.

PPS ONEdigitals are still showing the iPhone 7 plus as available on 3 – 5 day delivery!!

OneDigitals is a scam website. Do not buy anything from them. Chinese based. You will not be able to contact them
If you have paid them you need to raise a dispute with your credit card provider. Maybe they can get your money back???
