Brilliant service and were able to support my claim!
Brilliant service by Jamie Hammond who handled my claim. I had what I thought was dust on my camera's sensor, I sent the camera away to get professionally cleaned, but it turns out the camera requires a new sensor. I phoned and logged the claim when I got the repair estimate though from the repairers (Friday 8th Jan). I sent all the documents to Jamie and on Monday 11th Jan it was it was confirmed that PhotoGuard can contribute to the cost of repair. Quick, efficient service and good communcations given current COVID-19 restrictions.
