Non fidarti di queste persone

Non posso dare meno di una stella. Ho pagato 9500€ per un trattorino che non è mai stato consegnato. La società ha consigliato un ritardo e ha chiesto il pagamento completo in anticipo, non un deposito. Dopo 5 MESI l'azienda ha finalmente restituito i miei soldi, incolpando il produttore. Ho perso oltre € 300 sulla transazione nonostante le vuote promesse dell'azienda di riconoscere la mia pazienza e fiducia con sconti sugli acquisti futuri. Hanno usato i miei soldi nella loro attività per CINQUE MESI. Ora non risponderanno alle mie email. Vuote promesse. Affrontali a tuo rischio. Chiedi perché hanno molti recensioni a 5 stelle: è davvero credibile o stanno modificando le recensioni.

Buongiorno Julian, siamo molto dispiaciuti per la sua situazione. Come le abbiamo già spiegato, il produttore ha rimandato più volte la data di consegna del suo trattorino per varie problematiche che hanno avuto in fase di produzione (dovute alle materie prime non reperibili). Lei ha sempre accettato di aspettare, fino a quando il produttore ci ha comunicato che non sarebbe più riuscito a produrre il trattorino per il 2022. A quel punto la abbiamo subito avvisata ed abbiamo emesso il rimborso immediatamente.
Pur non essendo responsabili delle commissioni che ha perso, abbiamo anche cercato di aiutarla a recuperare i soldi persi per la transazione (soldi che ovviamente non ci siamo trattenuti noi, ma la sua banca) proponendole sconti su altri prodotti… quello che scrivendo quindi non è assolutamente corretto, in quanto siamo ancora disposti a riservarle un trattamento speciale per le commissioni perse, ma lei non ci ha più risposto.. La preghiamo di ricontattarci e di modificare gentilmente la recensione, in quanto contiene fatti non veritieri.

Appalling non-existent customer service

Dear Virgin, why not just pull the plug on the financial services completely instead of this slow death. over 30 minutes to get a customer service agent. so bad. i'm off to another card provider.

Customer Care needs improving

New condensing boiler installation. Given the constraints imposed by Covid I was impressed that the company were able to quote a competitive price for supply and installation. The installation was completed very quickly after the quote. As an absent Landlord I can't comment first hand on the finished installation but from photographs all looks good. Certification of the work followed immediately. Contact during this phase required me to call Glow Green unless there was an upsale opportunity such as insurance....then they called me. Clear up after the installation was poor, the installer left packaging and parts. Although I used the Green Glow ticket system to raise the issue, I never got a reply despite several attempts. Hence a low score for keeping me informed.

Easy online booking appointment for…

Easy online booking appointment for pick up. Clear guidance on the export documentation needed with good packaging instructions too. Kept informed with tracking data right up to delivery. Very good price of less than €30 ti send a 8kg package from Italy to UK. Given the export/import impediments created by Brexit plus the current pandemic restrictions i was very pleased. We have had parcels delayed and returned using other couriers. Would use this service again.

Competitive price but after sales not so good

Competitive price, easy order process and good delivery tracking information. Prompt delivery. After sales support less good. Slow to acknowledge delivery damage issues and ridiculous quibbling in which my honesty was challenged over a damaged component worth a few euros in a machine costing over €2k.

Weasel words

Weaseled out of any contemplation of a claim following total travel ban in Italy. Apparently the Italian gov't decision to quarantine the whole nation isn't one of the specified policy conditions for cancellation nor force majeur. Waste of money and thankfully I was within the cooling off period to cancel the annual policy and obtain a full refund. Please don't suggest "popping an email" to you for you to investigate ... judging by other claimants' experiences (rather than purchasers' satisfaction on buying a policy) that are recited on this site this is a reasonably common result once a claim looks likely ... and that's what counts in insurance ... claims paid.

The Property Redress Scheme found in my favour in my complaint regarding Chancellors Letting/Management Agency service. Poor administration coupled with lapses in communication resulted in PRS directing a letter of apology plus a compensation payment. Termination of my Agency Agreement can't happen soon enough.

Responsive and effective service

James found us a great deal on healthcover. No hard sell and come renewal time he searched around for competitive premia before recommending continuation with existing cover. Equally, now that we have made other arrangements, James has been helpful and thorough in sorting out cessation of our cover. Poor customer service

Pre-booked at a cost of £26. Forced to cancel flight as a result of late departure making my day trip unviable. Airline 'bent' their rules and were very understanding about rebooking/crediting my account. No so for the parking! As I was very politely told in email, they have their policy and despite my spending a fraction of the pre-booked time in the car park they have flatly refused to consider a partial refund. Great customer service - not! So, while I remain a loyal customer of the airline, the car park can forget it for my future business.

Can you respond with your booking reference please? Our terms and conditions require cancellation/amendment to be made at least 24 hours in advance of the commencement of your booking.

However, in cases such as this, we recommend that you contact your Travel Insurance providers for compensation of your unused parking fee because most comprehensive Travel Insurance policies include cover for irrecoverable losses as a result of delays or cancellations to flight(s).

Good value for money products and follow up customer service

Id have scored higher if the delivery courier showed more flexibility in their arrangements. An unrealistic expectation of 48hrs or less notice of delivery meant my delivery was actually 3-4 weeks after the order was despatched. To be fair the supplier acknowledged this this a problem they are looking into.
