Easy to order, liked the quality, only let down was the courier left the delivery in the porch and didn't bother knocking or ringing the bell

Usually OK but this time put the hops and yeast for the Guiness in the ESB pack the ESB in the Guiness pack, so after mashing and I opened the pack a minor panick

Had to alter a policy document, easy online but needed to call to speak to somebody only a short wait and very polite and helpful

Very prompt delivery, followed up by a phone call to check all was ok but I suspect the main reason was to sell an extended warranty

Very nice tap, well packed in its box.
Only thing to note is the very limited installation instruction, its only a tap I know, but the looked wrong, The plastic fitting is shown against the underside of the worktop and has a rubber washer on the other side of it where it would do no good at all.

The only let down is actually getting through their phone system.
Once you can put up with that particular misery the rest seems to work fine.

It could have been five but I e mailed twice asking how I would know what day it would be delivered and never received the courtesy of a reply..

Yes the delivery arrived on time but how was I to know when it would arrive bearing in mind the warning that delivery could be late .

The order was delivered a week late. That said when I e mailed asking where it was I was telephoned fairly promptly even though it was a bank holiday.
The gentleman politely gave me a very detailed and frank answer to my question and offered a sensible resolution.
This was my first dealings with this company but I will use them again

Placed.my order on the understanding of a 2/3 day delivery and unlike a lot of other companies they were as good as their word.

This is the second light I have purchased from them, quick delivery, well packed and a good quality light.

Shower sent with an "eco washer " missing. Contacted customer services who said they would deal with it by getting their supplier Ultra Finishing to send me one but in the meantime not to use the shower as it would damage the valve. Two weeks later still no washer, Jeet who claimed to be dealing with it no longer answered e mails. So I telephoned, they say they cant supply spares neither can Ultra Finishing. Now they say I can use the shower as long as the pressure is not too great. I ask what pressure should I use but they cant tell me.
This is ridiculous , a brand new shower and they cant supply spares, or provide technical information. Will not be buying the rest of the bathroom from them. I the meantime I am waiting for their local trading standards to get back to me.

I bought one of their slate effect shower trays, looked fine however the black slate effect is so thin and fragile that it has got several chips even though nothing has been dropped on it. I dread to think what would happen if anything other than a bar of soap falls on it.
Really regret this purchase.

the curtains that arrived had several problems, mainly due to the lining not being sewn on properly. as we had people coming to stay the next day we had to take off the linings and re sew them ourselves.
However when Linens direct found out the problem they said that as we had altered them they could not take them back but did offer us a discount.
