Needed sd memory cards quickly. Never had problems with Currys before. Ordering was simple. Found what I wanted. Order placed 24th March. Email confirmation on 25th that order on its way and, from Royal Mail, to say it would be delivered morning of Tues 26th. Then it all went pear shaped. Tracking showed it reached Nottingham MC by 1am then my local mail centre and would reach me by midday on 26th. I never received the items. Tracking showed package returned to Nottingham and to Currys. I contacted Currys twice to inform them of the problem, that I wanted a refund and would get sd cards urgently elsewhere. Friday I received multiple emails, one for each card, stating that Currys had received my returned items. I DID NOT RETURN ANYTHING - I NEVER RECEIVED THEM. Also email
asking me to rate Currys / 'delivery' !!! Over the Easter bank holidays (Currys customer ‘services’ shut so I could not contact to stop them) I received multiple emails about sending replacement items. (Which arrived today 3rd April.) I now have twice as many cards as I wanted - the ones I bought urgently elsewhere - and the ones from Currys (at their second attempt!). Maybe if Currys and Royal Mail actually communicated with each other and with customers SIMPLY instead of wasting time and energy with multiple pointless emails (over 20 for this order) and other unnecessary technology we would get a better service - and help save the planet as well!

Very good service from Viking. I ordered very late in the day - binoculars were dispatched next working day and arrived promptly.

Easy to order and arrived promptly next day.
Item (binocular case) was exactly as advertised and expected.
One caution - check the size you really need. Even though binoculars (not Opticron) are 42mm I ordered the case for 50mm as my binocular strap is very well padded so I needed more room. (If I had been buying a new case for my Opticron binoculars then the 42mm would have fitted well.) Dimentions are on website. Well pleased with my order.

Economical on electricity but let down by a few key issues
Top oven shelve positions too limited - cannot put low enough even to fit a small casserole dish. Marking on / round controls are too small to see / read easily.
Hot plate position (circles) indistinct - difficult to see.
Oven fan does not switch off automatically when door opened. (Who on earth wants a pointless 'fan' oven in a domestic cooker - unnecessary waste and noise.)

Parcel arrived promptly - but with bottom of box undone but this appears to have been due to poor packing by supplier and reusing an old box. Probably NOT DPDs fault and DPD driver pointed out the issue and ensured nothing fell out.

Have been trying to get some replacement thin gloves that I bought via another store some years ago and they no longer stock. Contacted 'maker' directly and they directed me to Winfields. Excellent fast service from Winfields. Not used Winfields before (was not even aware of them) but very likely to use again in the future.

Excellent, fast, efficient service. Item (flashgun) arrived less than 24hrs from placing on-line order. Only (minor) minus point was lack of expected email order confirmation. Second time I have used Camera Centre UK this year - excellent service both times - but for perfection please get the email confirmations working. Thank you.

[Did not get a confirmatory email of order and I had to phone to check but that was probably down to Visa and probems caused by their poor security system . Payment initially rejected - then got security text asking if was me that made the transaction - had to confirm, then make payment again, etc., etc. So Camera Centre Uk ended up with 2 or 3 pending orders / attempts at paying (fortunantly only one succesful) which confused the issue.]

Really rates about 4.8 but I cannot give part stars.
Fairly simple online selection and order but just one or two niggles that prevent a perfect 5. Slightly confussing options selection. Not everything in cost order. Did not realise that adding a firewire later (nice for video capture but not essential) not possible on my chosen motherboard. (I am not a computer expert - possible to miss/misinterpret without realising.) Unless you try all options you can miss something further down the list that may be better for you and slightly cheaper - not more expensive as logic would indicate. Supplied information (welcome book) has an error - my computer was advertised as 8 channel sound but has only 3 sockets matching the 6 channel diagram and the colour coding for the 3 sockets in the book is wrong. I probably made wrong choice - should have looked in the next price bracket up (total price may not have been any more than the cheapest brachet). My error not PC Specialist. That said computer as purchased does the job that I bought it for well. Excellent email updates on progess and arrived within the one hour delivery slot advised. Will use again and will know better how to choose the options.
Don't appear to be able send a different rating for my other purchase - a laptop. Excellent service. Easy to choose and order. Kept up to date by email. Delivered as advised (date and time. That purchase rates full 5 stars.
