I have never had a reason to hate a delivery company.
Way to many companies use DPD even though there drivers are completely incapable of the part of their job where they're supposed to deliver the order TO the customer.
I can truthfully say I haven't seen a single DPD driver this year, they are that good at avoiding making any noise and dodging the door camera whiles selecting "left at rear porch" whilst leaving the package at the FRONT door for everyone to see.
Would it really hurt there job to push the doorbell or even knock on the door before they sprint away, clearly it doesn't affect their delivery time because they're routinely 30 minutes to 1 hour late.

Amazing company with delicious varied meals at an affordable price.
When All Plants announced they were closing I was really upset thinking I might have to go with something like Simmer and their poor Vegan options. Then I saw Planty, and I can honestly say it's even better than All Plants.

Surprised by the quality of the product, for only £2.50 per drink it's well worth it.

They used to be great but the latest driver in the Garston area is happy to leave the parcel at the door and leave without seeing sight of people.
Having reviewed the driver DPD don't seem to care about this.

They now use Pack to deliver products, at 3.56 on the day of delivery I received an email saying they weren't able to deliver as no one was home and the product would be delivered tomorrow. At 20.54 of the same night the package was left out front of my house with no knocking from the courier, the only reason I knew it was delivered at all was due to the ring motion alert. I have paid £5.99 for this delivery and expect a competent delivery service, if Pack is used next time I will be shopping elsewhere.

The service is so good, the staff are very friendly, and the prices are better than bargain alternatives.

Nothing more that I can say other than they are on par with any of the big retailers and I received the item very quick.

The company are unwilling to deal when they changed the contract I was on to give the S4 away for free after I paid £50 for it 6 days in to the contract with them and as I had used the phone I am stuck in a 2 year contract with them which I can't wait to leave.
They treat the contract like a transaction instead of a relationship and for this no one I know will use them from now on as I will tell them of my troubles.

I couldn't ask for more the product was sent fast and arrived fast and was very safely packed. After buying games from other sites this service was something I would never have expected having received a specific time slot and having the ability to track the product certainly out does other services where you are unsure of even what day the product will arrive. A++
