I purchased a Logik fridge with curry's…

I purchased a Logik fridge with curry's online on the 24h August 2025, 8 weeks later the fridge is faulty!!! (20th oct)

Monday morning 20th October I go to the fridge to get the milk and butter for breakfast to find it's gone to the consistency of cottage cheese and the butter is like oil. Thinking that as the fridge is only a 8 weeks old curry's would be keen to resolve this issue promptly. I go to the curry's website to get the phone number for customer service, I call the number that's advertised on the website for all other inquiries 0344561000.
Explained over the phone to the man what has happened, explained I have lost the food contents. My mother has medication that has to be kept in the fridge, the man wasn't to bothered by this, he then went on to explain he could book the fridge in for repair but the earliest would be at least 48hr!
I emphasised that not only have I lost food, my mother medication I'm expected to be with out at fridge for at least 48hr. The call went on for booking the repair for Wednesday 22nd oct, with what the man was saying it then made me ask the question " sorry are you not curry's ? As that's the number on the website I have rang expecting it to be curry's customer service"
The man replied with " No we are a third party company that books repairs for curry's and that will out sourced to a local repair company"

Appliance Maintenance Ltd rang me later in the day on Monday to inform me that an engineer is not in the area on Wednesday but would be tomorrow Tuesday 21st could he call then. My response was yes please the sooner the better.

Tuesday arrives the engineer turns up, he asks what's happened, I explained he said could be one of two things, he takes a photo of the SN, then turns the fridge round and takes a look at the back at the bottom at the compressor part. He takes a photo ands show this to me and my mother, he explained that the fridge has a gas leak, faulty compressor welding!! I then sort of paniced hearing gas leak. I asked could this have been damaged in transit when it was delivered to me. He explained that most likely not it would likely be from manufacturing. Meaning this has likely had a gas leak from new when I received this 8 weeks ago! He advised that it's condemned, I can't fault the repair man on his advice and service. I asked him what happens now. He stated that his report would go back to this third party company that afternoon and they should be in touch.

We are now almost 5pm, 3 days later (4days with no fridge) and not heard a thing from curry's or its third party company.

As per the consumer rights act 2015 you (curry's) have one opportunity to repair or replace the faulty item.i think it's only fare that this is done frame In a good fare time frame. I'm currently paying for something that is not fit for purpose, and ultimately a health and safety risk.

I don't know how much longer currys expect me to go without a fridge.

placed an order on the 1st August

**EDIT** received a refund, Thank you, shouldn't take multiple times to contact customer service and leave a negative review on here before customer service then reach out to resolve the issue.

placed an order on the 1st August. Recivied a dispatched email the next day, tracked the shippment and the courier is still waiting to receive the item. I contacted my hair and beauty via email on 5th about this and had no response, i will try and make contact once more, if no responce to that, i will be contacting trading standards.

Still waiting for a returns label 1* to 4*

After contacting curry's a further 3 times, the item has finally been returned, I have since found out this could have been resolved at the first point of contact if I was given the information.
Thank you for the help from the socials team member Ben. I will purchase from curry's again but this will be instore not online.


Contacted curry's on 1st July for a returns request, I was told a label will be sent in 24hr to 48hr, still no label after 48hr so rang customer service to be told you need to wait another 24hrs, still no label now 5th July. Days are ticking down on the 30day return. If you pay with flex pay account online you can't return to store so beware of this when purchasing this way in the future. Come on curry's sort this returns label out!!!

From top quality supps to A* customer service, when I had an issue with my order I need to contact customer service, Joe couldn't have been more helpful and resolved the issue promptly. I would highly recommend the company and will be ordering from them again. If you need good supps then you should order from Marchon.

Flavoured Toothpicks

After some recommendations I thought I would give the Pick'em flavoured toothpicks ago. I went for the mystery bundle. Mango,mint and watermelon is what arrive, very fast dispatch arrived next day. So far I have only tried the mango ones, someone told me the flavours last about 40mins before it's gone, I had a mango one this morning it was just over an hour and it still tasted strong, binned it as I was about to eat, so I think the flavour would last a lot longer than the advised 40mins. Will come back and edit the review when I have tired the other 2 flavours I got. But at this point I would recommend.

Made a few orders now on the Goruck EU store, not cheap but no import duty/fee that is a plus. Although the stock is limited I'm grateful we have the EU store at all. 99% of my orders have arrived next day from Germany to UK. Super happy with my purchases keep up the good work Goruck EU Team

Ordered twice now with RXROX from…

Ordered twice now with RXROX from placing the order to checkout everything was fine. My first order I placed using 24hr Royal Mail tracking. Expecting my order the next day. RXROX shipped my order within the time frame of there same day dispatched that's stated on the website. Although my order didn't arrive the next day this was not the fault of RXROX, its royal fail I mean mail. Once the parcel is passed to Royal Mail there is nothing anyone can do but wait, it's frustrating but it is what it is, I understand this and therefore see no problems with RXROX. My order arrived a little late than expected but the items are as described and I'm very happy with my purchase. I can't fault the customer service at all response to emails is almost instant, I would definitely recommend RXROX to my family and friends and will be a returning customer in the near future. Thank you

After being court out about using online stores before, I check Trustpilot for reviews on the hip store first before placing an order and it didn't look good, I was very sceptical about using them. Anyway the item I wanted was the cheapest around so I went ahead and ordered yesterday 13/04/23 at 5:40pm Before the stated 6pm cut off for next day delivery on the website, I placed the order and selected DPD £7.99 next day delivery all other options are Evri and we all know what Evri are like 🤦🏼‍♀️. So later last night I got an email From Evri saying they would be expecting my parcel. I was not happy about this as I had paid and selected DPD. I sent an email right away to hip customer service about what the website states about price difference and what I had ordered and selected for shipping. I got a reply this morning saying a refund for my postage will be processed and they are sorry for any inconvenience, Lucky Evri did good this time and I got my order fine👍🏻. I will wait to see the refund adjustment for the shipping. Would I use hip store again I'm not sure.

Bad to worse

The item i ordered was out of stock!
I got a refund, and returned the the item that was sent out to me. I will not be using this company again after have 2 bad experiences with them.

Bad to worse!
My first order with battle box was for a shaker bottle, I emailed in asking when it was going to be dispatched to be told " we don't have any in at the moment they are coming in next week, would you like to wait or would you like a refund" so I had a refund. Put it down to a one off.

6th December I placed an order for a pair of Fitaid wrist wraps that are advertised on the battle box website, ordered with the free 48hr tracked post.

I received an email saying my ordered had been dispatched, but I couldn't see a Royal Mail tracking number, I sent in an email asking for the tracking number, I got a reply back from battle box with the tracking number, pop it in the Royal Mail website nothing can be found. Thought this was strange as I have never had any problems tracking a parcel with 48hr tracked service before. Anyway my order arrived today 10/12.first thing I spot is The item was sent Royal Mail second class signed for so that isn't Royal Mail 48hr tracked as stated on the website!
Second. On the front of the shipping label it states what I ordered. Fitaid wrist wraps Pink. What I received was a pair of black and pink floral strength wraps and a bottle of liquid chalk.

I have emailed battle box regarding this issue, stating I have the wrong item.
I'm hoping this isn't going to be the same as my first time ordering with them where the item I order from the website isn't Evan in stock!

If this is the case battle box are falsely advertising and mis-selling goods.

I hope this is resolved promptly with me either getting the correct item I ordered and returns the incorrect item free of charge or I receive a full refund and a free returns of the incorrect item.

I will update this review when I get any update from battle box

All in all be very careful ordering. I will not be using them again.

Disappointed and frustrated

Ok so I like the brand and the products I have no issues with them and will continue to buy the products,I have been ordering drinks from a UK seller kitbox, but apparel I have to order direct from lifeaidbevco.eu

On Tuesday 27th September i placed an order and used clear pay at the checkout, paid the first instalment no problems. I have my clear pay order confirmation email come in no problems. After about an hour I still hadn't received an order confirmation email from lifeaid. So I emailed Customer support to make sure the order had been received ok.

Anna then responded with "I hope you're doing well. So sorry to hear this I have immediately looked in to the issue. Unfortunately the order didn't go through because the payment failed. But no worries. The order is cancelled now, so no money will be taken from you're account."
I responded to Anna explaining that the money has been taken from my account and clear pay have this as an active order, I also went round the houses to find an email contact for clear pay. I emailed them explaining what Anna had told me and could they refund me the money they had taken from my account as lifeaid had not received this!

Clear pays response was basically it's nothing to do with them they can not issue refund or adjust any payment plans. So back to emailing Anna asking can this be sorted please. No response by this time I'm getting really disappointed and frustrated. No it wasn't a lot of money that has been taken but the way things are right now you have to look where every penny is going, and if lifeaid don't have the money and Clear pay are not willing to refund me then I'm out of money and no goods .

Thursday 29th September.
I received another email from clear pay saying. Clear pay is responsible for paying for the order and can't help with the following: shipping/delivery, product range/availability, returns/cancellation/ refund .
I have read your email, but for the refund to be processed it should be process first by the merchant end.

So again I email lifeaid and again attached the emails from clearpay saying there is nothing they can do.
By the time of finishing this review I haven't had a response from lifeaid but I do have a clear pay email saying my refund had been successfully processed.

2 days of stress and frustration noone needs, I don't really know who's at fault or why lifeaid never received the money from clear pay, maybe the systems just didn't want to work that day, I would be very careful if your thinking of using clear pay at the checkout. I certainly will not be using clear pay again anytime soon.

All in all I got my money back which is what matters.
Like I have said previously the products and the brand I can't fault, so will continue to purchase and use.

No Next Day Delivery

Ordered a pair of metcon 7s on Friday and paid extra for next day, item has not arrived today Saturday 3rd Sep. I have used wit many times and on almost all my orderes I have used next day delivery and it's always arrived ND, normally with Royal Mail, I see now it's Evri 🤦🏼‍♀️😔 (Hermes) no option for Royal Mail. I'm hoping my order arrives soon so I can update this review but I will be thinking again about ordering from wit if they continue to only offer Evri as courier.

Phoned up, very helpful man told me that dpd haven't been in the area to pick the parcel up form the wearhouse, But I have been told it should be picked up today for delivery tomorrow so we will keep at 3 stars for now and see if the tracking updates tonight and I get the delivery tomorrow.

I placed an order for a goruck 3.0 with embroidery on Monday 31st aug (bank holiday). I choose this model as all other models had a 7 day delivery time. This one did Not have this stated in the items description. On Monday I emailed the email address at the bottom of my order confirmation email along with a Facebook message and also Instagram message ( you never know what one might get answered to first some company only contact via socials ) to see if my order would be dispatched the next working day after the holiday Tuesday 31st as the other gorucks have 7day delivery time and who would delivery my order. I didn't get any response on Monday as it's bank holiday and I knew I wouldn't. By mid morning on Tuesday I still hadn't had a response to my emails/message. So I then went on beaverfiteu website to see if there was any contact information. I found a contact form and filled that in with the above information! I did get a reply to this email, stating that my order was being packed that day Tuesday 3st aug ready for dispatched on Wednesday 1st and it would be the courier company who contacts be about delivery (station courier) so I replayed with thank you very much I will await the email from the courier. Late afternoon I then get an email from dpd local telling me that my order had been dispatched and it would arrive with me on Wednesday 1st sep. so I thought we'll that's great lovely job. But no it's now Thursday 2nd sep and dpd still don't have my parcel. So once again I have emailed via the contact form on beaverfiteu to see what's going on!

1.I was given a time frame (yes I understand it's COVID times but beaverfit could have stated it would be 7days like the other gorucks listed on the web shop).
2.I was told in an email it would be station courier who would be contact me of which it's not its dpd.
3. The item has been dispatched but the courier doesn't have it yet! So who does have it ?

I hope this can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

I will be fulling up and editing this review as I establish what and where my order really is. I will also so following up my email with a phone call today.
