I was skeptical about ordering given the reviews I'd read from over a year or so ago, but I couldn't fault my experience - I was unsure on sizing and customer service were quick to reply with help. Ordered and delivered after 2 days - will definitely be ordering again!

After many years of buying with them, I will NOT be buying with them ever again.
Did a pre order for a certain brand of trainers in July, paid for them and been waiting for them to be dispatched this week.
I get an email saying they are out of stock and waiting for a restock. Knowing this brand of trainer is a special edition, I decided to use my knowledge and experience in online orders with 2 different retailers so I know they have systems in place for things like this.
After 4 emails asking them directly for an honest answer, they told me I wouldn’t be receiving them due to an “inventory error” (yeah right!) and offered either a full refund or another pair of trainers.
I decided on the full refund. And I’m thankful that I ordered via Klarna so I am protected.
I am not going to buy or get something else from them when they’ve shown that they cannot be trusted.
I work in retail and customer service and have done for over 17 years and I’d never do this to a customer. If they was an issue after an order was placed, I’d do my very best to inform straight away and be honest with the reason why it’s happened.
The associate was very helpful and I feel was put into a situation with her employer that she shouldn’t have been in in the first place. She confirmed I will be getting a refund quickly. So let’s hope and pray they do this (I have evidence from them that they will).
All I have to say is after many years of buying with them, bringing them custom and bringing custom their way, I will NEVER order with them ever again.
I will be going directly to the brands that I use and pay a little bit more for them.
They need to be more open and honest about things; rather than avoid the issue when asked directly with evidence and getting people extremely upset because you’ve ordered something in good faith, they’ve taken the money from you, they know they can’t fulfil your order but send a message saying “out of stock, waiting for a restock” and then stating “we are actively working to get a solution for the product you’ve ordered” knowing the brand would only give them limited drops of the trainer due to be limited edition.
That is wrong, dishonest and very deceiving. They should have told me in the first place that they’ve got it wrong as soon as they picked this error up instead of keeping my order open and dropping a bomb on me.
Hopefully they will learn from this and trust other customers with respect and honesty that I didn’t get.

Almost didn’t use WIT Training because of the reviews and score but they delivered my RADs ahead of time, sizing was spot on and they use Klarna so beat the RAD website itself. Had to come and give them their flowers. Seems like they must have turned a corner since their older reviews and will defo use these again.
Terrible customer service. You have to email them for a returns label. I've emailed several times and I've had no response. Avoid at all costs
I received a £100 gift card and shortly after this company shut down it's website so I was unable to use it. Now it seems to be back up and running again, I have messaged about having a refund for my gift card and I am being ignored on multiple platforms. £100 is a large sum of money to steal from someone and just ignore them.
I ordered a hoodie for my husband as a valentines present, they sent it but as there was no house number Royal Mail returned it. It seemed odd as I payed using PayPal which auto populates my address (never had anything before or after not delivered when using PayPal due to incomplete address) so I can only assume it was a system glitch. I contacted WIT and they said they would resend it once they received the hoodie back. I got a refund a few days later so I contacted them to find out why as it was supposed to just be resent. I received no reply. Glad to have (most) of my money back but poor customer service.
Took payment. Lied and said they were moving warehouse when really they were going under. No replies to messages. £60 in their pocket. No trainers for me. Just because the clothing is now gone doesn't mean the thieves aren't still running a gym. Same people.
I bought 3 short a month ago…. Started emailing the customer support 2 weeks after that my order still hasn’t shipped. Zero respons from Wit Fitness up until today. 30 days have past by now so i am now contacting my credit card company to cancel my purchase. Very bad customer support so I’m never buying here again.
I am still awaiting an order that I placed over a month ago. absolutely zero response to the emails that I have sent to try and find out what’s going on. And no correspondence anoint whether there is a delay, why, when or if I can expect my order or even get a refund. This is the second time in as many orders I’ve had to chase an Order. Very poor customer service. Just buy from elsewhere.
I returned items mid December and have still not received a refund. I have contacted them several times over email, through their contact form on their website and social media and they have ignored all of it. Disgusting behaviour, absolutely robbing people.
