A great experience all round
It was great that my slat wall was cut to size and packed with great care. The lady I spoke with about delivery couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient, and the delivery was left neatly in my shed as requested. The walling was easily stained and fitted by me and I now have a super cool headboard in my box room. A great all round experience, thank you.

Initial lack of communication but were responsive once made aware of issue
Hi, my builder ordered a door on 12th December, nobody is replying to his emails, and I have phoned three times today and nobody is picking up the phone. Where is my door please? I have a 93 year old mother and a bathroom with no door over Christmas is not an option. Please can somebody fix this? Thank you.
Update : I have been contacted and told they will prioritise my issue and to hang tight. I will update the review according to what happens next.
Door prioritised and delivered next day. My builder unhappy with communications but once I had been able to make contact the issue was dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Fantastic customer service
Zara N was brilliant! Phone answered straight away, and radiator which was due to be delivered in 2 days swapped for different size (my mistake) and refund offered, all within 5 minutes. Faultless customer service, could not be more grateful. Highly recommended.

Not a uk company
Despite the uk domain name, the company is based in Germany. If I had known I wouldn’t have ordered from them. The light I received had clearly already been returned by another customer - there was a ripped open invoice pocket in the side, the box was poorly taped up, hanging open, and there was supposed to be an eu adapter, but this was missing. I didn’t want a light that needed an adapter to use. The light was wobbly with very thin flimsy metal supports. One leg also had minor damage. It had taken an hour to unpack and assemble, and then another hour to repack. The return instructions gave no way to arrange a collection, and it took two hours and three post offices before anyone would take it, by which time I was in tears. I am now waiting anxiously to see whether I will actually receive my refund. A very stressful experience I have no wish to ever repeat.

Disgusting that email states £4.99 charge to return something that was clearly mis-sized, particularly when original information said would be £1.99. I won’t be shopping here again.

Lovely jeans, unlovely sizing
The jeans I ordered were lovely but came up very small. I returned them for the next size up, which were absolutely enormous and unwearable. Please examine your sizing as it’s expensive to send things back because the sizes are way off.

Appalling - Avoid
Courier didn’t turn up. Helpline said he couldn’t find the house (v easy and had my mobile no) , a second person said the order hadn’t even been placed (money accepted, gone from account, paperwork provided to attach to parcel). No order placed, or lost driver? It can’t be both. Website said I could change my order to drop off parcel myself but then wouldn’t let me, saying delivery had already been changed once - not by me and without my knowledge or agreement. Helpline (again) said it could be done but would cost me almost £18 more. Also they rearranged another collection without my agreement, despite me explaining I will be at work the rest of the week and unable to be in, and so the parcel would miss my son’s birthday. I was then told I was complaining about the price of my order- no I wasn’t, just the £18 extra to deliver it to a depot myself. I then requested a refund three times, which was finally agreed, before receiving an email telling me it would have to be decided later.
I have screenshots of all interactions above and emails confirming my order and containing the relevant paperwork.
This was the worst experience I have had, extremely upsetting and stressful, and I urge anyone reading this to avoid this company.

What a brilliant service I received
What a brilliant service I received. A major drain clearing company couldn’t fix the problem, referred me for further work I didn’t need at an extortionate rate. I went on Checkatrade and was called back within 5 mins, and the problem was fixed same day for a fraction of the cost. I will always use checkatrade going forward.
