I recently purchased a pair of Mojito Trail GTX shoes online and noticed a "Made in Vietnam" label on the inside. Whilst I appreciate that it is some years since all Scarpa products were made in Italy, I was unaware that they have moved production out of Europe. I contacted them to let them know that they do not advertise this fact and that this had left me concerned that I had effectively bought Scarpa copies, but they could not even be bothered to reply. Be aware
Ordered a monitor and keyboard. Monitor arrived in a badly sellotaped box with a broken security seal and so I returned both items. Whilst I have been refunded for the monitor, I have not received a refund for the keyboard, even though Dell have it back in their possession. The main reason for the 1 star is that it is absolutely impossible to contact customer support through the online links, so I am unable to resolve this issue As an update, I have now had to submit a claim through my credit card provider as any attempt to contact Dell customer service has failed. I strongly suspect they deliberately design their IT systems so as to frustrate their customers. If I were the CEO of this company I might be concerned about the number of 1 star reviews they attract
Although it's sad that Sykes now have something close to a monopoly on Lake District rentals, we have generally had good experiences with them. However, since booking a holiday with them in April we have been bombarded with promotional emails that I have been unable to stop by attempting to unsubscribe. Be very careful at booking that you uncheck any boxes "allowing" them to contact you

Appalling, underhand, practice of adding a "tip" to the company from your donation automatically, designed to catch the unwary. It is possible to remove this tip but this is made deliberately difficult as the misleading slider will not set to zero so you have to click on "Custom amount" to do this I’ve just seen the reply to this. Adding 17% to the donation by default does not equate to a voluntary contribution. Neither does making it difficult to remove the “tip”. A truly shameful attempt to justify the unjustifiable

Cant fault the service. New washing machine ordered and installed by the next day. The delivery guys could not have been more helpful A star off as I disliked being called after placing the order by someone who told me he was checking on the delivery details but actually wanted to sell me appliance insurance. Left feeling as if an attempt was made to catch me out
Not the best communication from customer services in response to my concerns about a delay in dispatch but after a bit of frustration the item was delivered to time and was as advertised

Having made an order in error, I attempted to cancel it immediately. There is no way to do this on the website other than leaving a message through a chatbot and they then replied that they could not cancel it. This is nonsense as the order will not have been processed in the few minutes it took to contact them. This is shocking service from a company that purports to offer online sales. As a follow up to the original review I was contacted with the offer of a free return, which I appreciated (but did not take up), hence a couple of stars added

We ordered the overlap apex log store and are pleased with the quality of the product. Much more substantial than others we had looked at and so represents good value for money. Delivery service was great and the drivers went the extra mile to put the panels in our garage. The main reason for knocking off a star is that construction was more difficult than I had anticipated and so I had to delegate this to someone who actually knew what they were doing!
Just ordered a bespoke loft hatch and pleased with the quality. Waiting to see if I have measured correctly when the fitter comes... What has been impressive is that every time I have phoned I have got straight through to friendly and helpful staff. A rare experience these days
Have ordered several items over the past year and all were delivered to schedule. Quality appears good for the price. I have removed a star because since ordering from this company I have been bombarded by unwanted text messages, which I have been unable to make stop. Be very careful when checking your preferences to avoid this aggressive marketing

I cant speak for product quality, as the packages aren't open yet, but very impressed with the delivery service. I'd made a mistake with the delivery address ( don't ask) and Andy was really helpful in sorting this out. The delivery came on the day stated when I placed the order, and I was given plenty of notice about the arrival time, with the crew calling me to say they were on their way. The delivery men could not have been more helpful, and went the extra mile to carry the items into the garage rather than leave on the drive ( which I had expected they would do)
We ordered blackout blinds for roof lights and we are pleased with the quality, although the blinds were expensive (we have Roto windows, which are an awkward fit and so this may explain this). The first consignment arrived damaged - the fault of the courier not Bloc Blinds - and customer services were efficient in dealing with this and sending replacement parts

We are pleased enough with the mattress, which was delivered to time. The mattress was heavier than I'd expected, and the handles are on the underneath rather than the sides, so it is really a 2 person job to manoeuvre it safely. We found the pillow uncomfortable (far too firm for us) and so regret the purchase . Others may have a different experience but be aware that, unlike the mattress, the pillow cannot be returned if you don't get on with it.
Really good service from this company. The free trial samples arrived with us the next day and the chosen tiles (Ofelia) were dispatched speedily and arrived on time. The product quality exceeded my expectations
Do do trust this store. I made an online purchase today at the advertised price and received an invoice for the same. Later in the day I was e-mailed to say that the advertised price was incorrect and that my order was cancelled - the company used the justification that their terms and conditions allowed them to cancel the order even though the supposed error was theirs

Our initial order was delivered promptly but I realised that I needed a fitting kit to go with it (my mistake). It proved almost impossible to get through to customer services; they then failed on 2 occasions to arrange the next day delivery promised
I would never use this company again and, if you decide to do so, then you had better pray that you do not have any problems
