Zero Customer service

Zero Customer service, No communication till PayPal was involved would save yourselves the headache and go to the Dev's themselves and cut out the shady middleman.

Do your research before spending your money with these guys, I have after this issue and if I'd have taken the time to do it prior I wouldn't of given them the time of day never mind my money.

Will hold the products you have paid for hostage after they fail to give a simple reply.

As discussed, doing a chargeback is not how you request a refund. It's treated as fraud, as you deprive the author and Codefling of the opportunity to resolve your issue before escalating it to a claim, which immediately releases the funds back to you, also known as a chargeback.

We promptly responded to your Discord ticket, and while we likely missed your live chat (due to the high volume of requests due to a recent maintenance incident) we have numerous other support channels you could have used.

Furthermore, the fact you immediately escalated to a claim instead of allowing communication via PayPal is very telling of your intentions. Just because you want a refund doesn't mean we're obligated to give you one. We sell digital goods, so once you download and there's no support issue, the power to refund is completely up to the author.

After weeks of waiting for an…

After weeks of waiting for an installation have had the date changed or cancelled 4 times the latest being another 3 and a half weeks of waiting, customer service giving zero explanation or reasoning for this with no resolution in sight. I've only just moved into the area and already looking to leave due to no other fibre provider and requiring a fast, stable connection which after my research today kcom aren't able to reliably provide.

Rather poor customer service made an…

Rather poor customer service made an order at the start of the year with one item being on backorder. Called to find out the lead time and was told 2 weeks so placed my full order, after many emails and nearly 4 months later still don't have it. when requesting an update back in late Feb was told they'd find out and let me know shortly, apparently shortly means never. After chasing it up today was offered a refund for the missing item, Will be taking future business elsewhere from now on.

I am sorry to hear that you felt the need to give us a 1 star review. We only give lead times based on information from the suppliers. Supply has been very limited recently and lead times do often get pushed back. We would have offered a refund at any point but you did state you were happy to wait. When we didn't have any further updates, we offered a refund and issued it immediately.

I do hope that you will consider to use us again in the future.
