As good as a scam to me.

Firstly I paid for a topup on a thursday and they didn't credit the phone until after a phone call on the following monday.
Second they charged £18. for a topup that costs £10 direct with vodafone.
Third, it isn't obvious that they are going to keep debiting your money each month.
For me this is sharp practice. I landed up paying out £37 ish for £10 worth of value. I am contacting trading standards about this company and strongly recommend no-one to use them. This is as good as a scam. They will say, "Well you should read all the terms and conditions". Who does that?
Update a bit later:
After a bit of a wrestle, i got through to a lady who was very patient, listened to my rant, and offered to refund 2 months charges and delete all my account information. (I had missed the second of what turned out to be 3 charges due to extensive travel in that period, This information was offered by her). Thank you for that!
Careful though; Understand that you are buying top-ups until you cancel, NOT a single top-up

At last

At last, someone who listened, acted and sorted my issue in a polite, helpful manner. Third time lucky
Georgie was brilliant. She sorted the problem and got the money, and sent the the copies i asked her for very quickly. Honestly could not be better.

Generally a pretty good machine

Generally a pretty good machine. Well designed and made and good instructions. It took a day to start working so guess it had to go round the cycle once. Dispenses food well without apparent problems. Very slightly fiddly to assemble. Programming could be easier with another button or two but once you've tried a couple of times it makes some sense. I would recommend this as a good machine.

Used to be cheap and indoor parking

Used to be cheap and indoor parking. Is now outdoor and expensive. Car wash has deteriorated. All sad for what used to be a good business before it became excessively commercialized by outside people.

Can you stop talking a moment, please.

Generally went well but advisor couldn't stop talking and we had to interrupt several times, however he was very helpful and well intentioned. The advisor went to a lot of trouble to help us, and inform us on what he felt was important detail. We think he was trying to cover for slow computers at his end by continually talking. He did go above and beyond in his attempts to suit us.
Other than that and a flood of holiday offers which we seem unable to stop, it was all fine.

Getting worse sadly.

I have used RED PARKING at Malaga airport for about 6-7 years. Up until recently the booking and parking experience has been very good but my experiences of the last 2 times are much poorer than before. The last but one time, January 2020, I had asked for the car to be washed but it wasn't done. They apologised.
This time I parked for 2 weeks in September I asked for the (all electric) car to be washed and the charger connected the day before I collected it. I rang the day before I was due to return to confirm that the charger would be plugged in. They said they knew nothing about it. I told them the man who had received the car had been shown how to connect the charger and had promised to do so. A shrug of the shoulders.
When I went to pick it up it was dirty. The man said it had been washed but it certainly hadn't been wiped down afterwards and was covered in water drying marks to the extent it was dirtier than when I left it there! As one of the most expensive car parks I think that was very bad service and probably won't use them again as a result. Very disappointing after such a long good run.

Good service, expensive carraige

The sales, ordering and delivery process is all very good. I felt £30 for delivery to Spain for a small packet, (a single SSD,) was excessive. Most suppliers charge about half that. There are no options to select different delivery options.

The accounting is just a shambles

The accounting is just a shambles. Changing over to a different computer system was a disaster. I had to find all the errors and chase them to get it sorted out. 5 months later just about sorted. The loss of maintenance staff from the branch is a typical disaster as there's no contact between vital groups in branch. Centralised "Hubs" mean the advice you get from the branch is repeated about 6 weeks later by someone who doesn't know you or anything. Total waste of time. Everything is "I'll take a message and get back to you." Everything has changed here over the last 2-3 years and not for the better.

Generally everything was excellent.

Generally everything was excellent from order to delivery. Everything arrived well packed and in perfect condition. Everything worked on first assembly. I live in Spain So long delivery process.
Small difficulty was selecting the right case. I found it hard to know whether my largish graphics card would fit which case depending on how many disks I had in the machine. Pre-Sales assistance was pretty good though and after about 4-5 emails back and forth I found the right case. A very good all round experience. Would recommend and use again for sure.

How can they do it at the price?

Well like others I wondered at the how they could do it for the price. I was a bit nervous but such a lot of good reviews tipped the balance. Fantastic value and excellent service. I really was kept in touch every step of the way. Goods arrived well packaged against knocks and drops, and really well secured with tape etc to stop it bursting open. all in first class condition inside. I don't know how they do it but its been an amazing experience. There really are some good guys out there, and UK Camera Club are one of them. Thank you James for excellent follow up after the order, and the rest of the team who support the company. Happy Christmas!! I shall definitely buy from you again.

Excellent order turnaround time

Excellent order turnaround time. Good delivery time but small hitch with DHL. I changed my delivery date from Thursday to Friday. I still got various emails saying both Thursday and Friday were scheduled for delivery. It did come in Friday, the date I had wanted. Otherwise excellent.
