Having used Moneycorp for years to move money to my American bank account they have randomly suspended my account with no explanation or indication when I will be able to use it again. Apparently they are especially busy because they have done this to so many customers! They are now unable or unwilling to refund the considerable amount of money I have in my account and customer services won’t give me a timeframe for when it will be done. Meanwhile my mortgage is unpaid and they are not able to help. Really, really try another company!

I've happily used Moneycorp for 20 years. Today I received payment for a property sale where the buyer didn't follow any of the payment instructions, but Moneycorp was still able to find and allocate the money to me immediately with no problem at all. You can always talk to a person, they are always helpful. I've had some complex issues in the past, moving in and out of the EU and it's never been a problem. I highly recommend them.

Do all their dealers have the air off arrogance about them. I noticed when making a small traction say under £1,000 the way they come across is just plain arrogant. They are after all part of the service industry. Happened again today... Time to use Revolut or another company....
