Review of Stasher
It was recommended to me by great western when I called them to ask about luggage storage at the railway stop in the town I was visiting ( there wasn't any) and it was easy to book online, when I got to the stasher location the staff were friendly and helpful.
I had arrived an hour later than expected but because you book for the whole day, it wasn't a problem. It cost me less than a fiver and there was no restriction on the size of the item being stored.
When I went to Collect my things, I just had to hand over a ticket and they got my things for me, again very helpful.
Review of Glebe Mobility
absolutely shocking lack of any customer service at all. My scooter and off board charging dock were delivered yesterday - the battery has hardly any charge so tried to plug it into the charging dock, it doesnt plug in. the charging dock was delivered in an open box without a manual. I have been calling non stop since yesterday - i have tried all of hte options and no one is answering, i have tried the web chat - is constantly on "offline" but filed it in 3 times now, no response at all. I have tried emailing and the reply is automated they will get back to me in 3 days! - I mean i need the scooter to be working now, not next week! shockingly bad company, my advice is to buy from anywhere else at all - a complete waste of over £2000 befcuase i cant use it without the battery being charged.
I paid extra for extended warranty but no warranty card and no additional telephone number to call to get any support, its all the same number and its all the same complete lack of anyone actually answering the phones, just a recording saying theres no one to answer your call.

Review of Freshskin Beauty Ltd.
Good range of essential oils and carrier oils. I also managed to buy some menthol crystals there. One thing to mention, when I went to the fresh skin website a number of essential oils were out of stock but managed to get them from the fresh skin eBay shop, which is weird but mention it in case you are looking for something that is showing out of stock on their main website.
The essential oils arrived in the usual little dark amber glass dropper bottles for the 10ml range and these were then put together in a fresh skin cardboard box do could be given as a gift.
The carrier oils are in clear plastic bottles. The menthol arrived in a vacuum pack.
Very pleased with my order directly from their website and also their eBay shop.
Edit after reply from freshkin; thank you for the link but the oils I mentioned still show out of stock on your website when you search for them( the link you posted) but remain in stock on the eBay shop, I looked again today, same thing, I then went through each oil individually and they are listed both as there( available) and not available ( out of stock), perhaps some cleaning of old links on your website back end might be useful as I went elsewhere when my searches for vetiver, clove, etc came back as out of stock even today, but if I wade through all the oils manually rather than using your search box I find them to be in stock so suggests broken or old links or poorly optimised search functions on the back end.

Review of Jackies Kids
Absolute scam.
Website is UK site in English but when I tried to call them their number is in Austria, that's ok I speak German fluently, I called, it's not a company but a personal mobile number, so I left a voicemail.
I have to date never received a reply to my voicemail.
Royal mail 48 is what I paid for, a royal mail 48 tracking number was provided several days after I ordered but that never showed the parcel as even being shipped.
I emailed in reply to their dispatch email a week later asking where my order was and why the tracking number, which I entered, showed the parcel as not having even been sent, they replied the next day but all it said was the tracking number, the same I had sent them in the email they replied to, and that tracking number still said not dispatched just raised, I then emailed again and asked for details as to why my order is showing as not dispatched and why I still haven't received my order.
I have to date never received a reply to my email.
I emailed again a couple of days later.
I am now getting a refund through PayPal.
Avoid at all costs.
Had I seen the reviews here I would never have ordered from this bogus company.
Looking at them I can't see one customer that has ever actually received their goods that they ordered and they only sell children's presents which makes it doubly sickening.
Review of Openreach
The engineer kept me updated all the way to my appointment day, including letting me know the name and exact time of the appointment.
The Openreach engineer was polite and friendly, neat and tidy and Installed the last few metres of fibre cable as well as the junction Boxes inside and outside very quickly.
He explained everything to me.
Review of Belazu Ingredient Company
Excellent ingredients, always go to belazu for their amazing ingredients that make cooking a joy. Although you can buy some of the belazu range at supermarkets, there is wider range, with discounts for packs of 6 or more, and they ship everything in fully recyclable packaging that ensures that all the glass bottles and jars of deliciousness arrive safely, and being glass they too are recyclable.
Belazu also offer exclusive cooking courses and experiences with Top chefs so that you can impress your guests and family alike. There are also specialist cookbooks for all sorts of different cuisines.
If you only try one thing, I highly recommend their sundried tomato paste with sg d balsamic vinegar, it is heaven in a jar and extremely versatile and because it is so concentrated with no fillers or nasties a little jar goes a long way, try it on your next pizza, instead of hour or possibly days perfecting your pizza sauce, for a large pizza simply mix 🕑 teaspoons with some olive oil, and spread thinly on your pizza base, it is such an intense flavour, just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
From individual ingredients like preserved lemons to pestos and pastes, to the best olives you will find in the UK outside of Fortnums', to marinades like the chermila or schwarma, to dressings. It is not inexpensive but most definitely worth it, try substituting a little something from Belazu for your ordinary ingredients and take your existing recipes up several notches
I blather, for just feel excited to have found a place to buy excellent quality ingredients, and because most are in jars or bottles I can stock up my larder and not run out.
Review of ScottishPower
The call handler receives a full 5 stars from me, and I was going to leave a full 5 star review when I received the email from Scottish Power asking me to rate the call handler today,however......
SP then changed the parameters when it led through to trustpilot, asking me to rate SP as a whole, sneaky,so am giving them 3 stars overall as follows:
5 stars for the call handler today, who finally told me that I don't need a new smart meter.
0 stars for their engineer who told me I needed a new smart meter.
-2 stars for all the online web chats and having to reapply every 6 months and sitting on a never ending waiting list for over a year, which the app gives you no visibility of, leaving me chasing Scottish power, emailing them, calling them , and on a Friday afternoon forget it, I called last Friday , with a friend as witness, 20 times, each time on hold for exactly 1 minute and 6 seconds before getting cut off, it is the same every Friday, either they have zero staff and no answering machine, or the staff can't be bothered to actually answer any calls, but the customer service on a Friday is beyond awful.
Today, I got through to someone who within seconds accessed my account, saw exactly what smart meter I have ( apparently there are only 2 kinds) confirmed it is working fine and that there is no newer model, that what I had been told by the engineer from SP was rubbish, that what I had been told ( apply again on the app) was pointless, that what I had been told by previous call handlers ( that they can't see the status of my request but to go back to the app) was nonsense.
Obviously he didn't say rubbish and nonsense, he said incorrect, but still, overall experience shocking.
Today's experience, much better, until they asked for feedback for the call handler by email which I was happy to do, and as soon as I clicked the 5 stars it took me to trustpilot and was lead to leaving feedback for SP as a whole, very sneaky and underhanded.
Overall experience with SP,
electricity supplied, yes,
customer service on the whole a big no,
customer service today good.

Review of Wax & Wick Room
This is my second order with the Wax and Wick Room, it was really easy to find what I wanted ( pure beeswax) and order it.
The delivery was quick and well packaged and tye Beeswax is of an excellent quality.
My first order was when I decided I would make candles, having watched half a dozen videos on the internet I thought I was ready... until it came to ordering supplies when I realised I knew absolutely nothing however I contacted the customer support at Wax and Wick Room before ordering and they were really knowledgeable and helpful and made suggestions, honest help that had me set up and I made glorious candles.
I have been buying beeswax for many years from abroad, for cosmetics, but that isn't suitable for candle making as it is heavily processed, conversely this candle beeswax is suitable for cosmetics, and my home made leather balm, furniture wax etc etc.
It melts far more easily and evenly than the cosmetics beeswax pellets.
I am now going to try making beeswax wraps as well as some more complicated moulded and applique candles.
A friendly, knowledgeable, helpful bunch with excellent goods, well packed and reliable shipping, what more could you ask for?
Review of Of The Oceans
Excellent selection of Bamboo clothing, ethically sourced.
My Son normally only wears 100% bamboo, however he is really impressed with Of The Ocean's bamboo/ cotton mix t-shirts.
I bought the Atlantic grey and the white, and was pleased that they are exactly as shown in the photographs.
I had a glitch checking out, PayPal was on the Fritz, and hadn't noticed that the checkout hadn't gone through because I was in a Christmas shopping frenzy
Of the oceans contacted me via email just to check that I had noticed that check our hadn't actually gone through, for which I am very grateful as I had just ticked it off my list and moved on to the next shop.
Once I had checked out properly they dispatched really quickly and I managed to get them in plenty of time for Christmas.
I have passed the details onto my son so he can shop there directly, although I think I will pop back myself to peruse what interesting things they have for his birthday.

Review of Sungrowpower
An absolute shambles of a company, I highly recommend avoiding them at all costs
My father had 30+ solar panels installed via a reseller, however when it came to changing a single setting we were told to contact Sungrow directly as they insist on only using Sungrow engineers to change any settings.
It has now been over 3 months since we started this farce of trying to book a Sungrow engineer.
Firstly, although they have in country telephone number and email adresses, no one is actually at the other end.
Everything goes through china.
The English if the people responding is highly questionable.
They send you in a loop...
Email sales
Reply says to email it department but doesn't supply email address.
Email again asking for it department contact.
After 6 weeks you get a reply asking you to open a ticket
No link, no details.
After much searching we found out how to open a ticket.
Email in reply to open ticket is that they want to close the ticket.
Email back saying we can't as we still haven't been able to book the engineer.
Email back says contact sales.
We s'il sales again, who weeks later tell us to contact our service engineer.
Again, no name no details no hint of how to do it.
Email back asking for that information so that we can do as they asked...
Email back asks us to open a ticket.
Open another ticket.
Email back asking us to close the ticket
We email back saying everything we have done and can they send details of whomever at their company can book an engineer to attend.
Bear in mind when we bought this system it was guaranteed that they had local engineers and 24/7 support ..
To hey email b as ck telling is to contact our service engineer!
Again no information on how to do that or whom they may be .
Avoid them, chose any other company as in my personal opinion Sungrow power cut s simply not to be trusted to do anything properly.
Review of Tiverton Bead&Wool
I bought a yarn kit from Tiverton bead and workshop the other day and it arrived today and here is my review so that you can see if what is important to me is important to you too;
Website - Easy to use;
I found what I was looking from from a Google search, I checked trustpilot but there were no reviews so was little hesitant.
However the site was nicely laid out and professional and offered Paypal for payment so knew I had a way to get my money back if needed.
I was pleasantly surprised.
Customer service - friendly and helpful;
I called to check on the postage options and the lady I spoke to have clear information and instructions and was very friendly.
Delivery - very quick and we'll packaged;
I only ordered a couple of days ago. When I spoke to the lady on the phone she did say she was bout to parcel up for the day's postage so it might go out same day, but I did not get my hopes up.
A couple of days later here it is, very well packaged, and exactly what I wanted.
The item I bought is a yarn kit from Scheepjes, which was no longer available from my main yarn supplier, and I was really glad to be able to get it after all. I have bookmarker their page and will make sure to check them out each time I buy yarn as it was a really pleasant experience dealing with this company.
Also, I should mention, I live nowhere near Tiverton, so was really surprised it got here so quickly.
I cannot say how they deal with problems as this is my first order and did not have any, but going from how they helped me on my phone call I would think they would be very helpful.
I would recommend Tiverton bead and wool shop (known as beadandwoolshop online) for any of your yarn needs.
Review of Hospital Beds
I bought a specialised mattress from this company, one I had previously purchased from another company that has let me down badly ( see review for other company) however I would highly recommends Hospital beds, and here is some information on why, so you can see if what I think is important, is important to you;
1: choice - great;
their website offers choice, unlike some other sites where they only sell mattressess for disabled people in single sizes and limited choice, hospital beds have a wide choice of mattressess and a wide selection of sizes too.
2: website ease of use - so so;
their product part of the website is easy to use, easy to select the mattress you want and size, and gives the manufacturers information. However... If you are disabled, you can claim back the VAT if you need the bed based on your disability, and this is where their website could be improved.
The form , for claiming the VAT back is hidden away. It should be downloadable from the product page ( all the mattressess which can possibly get VAT relief show the pricing with and without VAT which is great, but the form is nowhere to be easily found) or at least it could be included in the checkout section.
The instructions for what to do with the form are also a bit thin.
In the end I had to call them, and they easily told me where it was and what to do.
I also need to let you know their accounts department is always really busy, and after some chasing they did process it for me, but you do need to keep on top of it.
3. Customer service - great on product knowledge, less so on delivery timeline knowledge..
I called their customer service a few times, to check the mattress would be available and the lead times, to check how to access the VAT form, and also to chase up the delivery timelines. They were always polite and tried to be helpful but the information they have available is sometimes a little frustrating, more on that below in the delivery section...
4. Delivery - communication could be greatly improved, but just as fast as anywhere else, and was FREE and unlike other companies they mean FREE, they do not call you after you place your order to try to charge you an extra £100+
I ordered an item that was made to order by the manufacturer, the lead time for delivery was 1 week, and I even managed to arrange the delivery not be shipped until a certain date so I could be at home to recieve.
All good.
There was a delay in the manufacturing which was not communicated clearly.
They were uncertain as to when exactly the mattress would be delivered, This could be a big problem if you need to take time off work or need to arrange help to have the mattress installed.
It worked out OK in the end.
The delivery was sent via Parcelforce, although I had been told it was sent via DPD - so there I was checking the DPD app and wondering why nothing was coming up when I received a text from parcelforce.
However, the parcel force tracking has now improved, and you get to see how many stops away the driver is when they reach your town.
Made things so much easier so very glad that Hospital beds chose that delivery service.
The driver was helpful and ensured the mattress reached is safely.
So overall, I found was I was looking for, it was delivered on the day they hoped it would be, they did their very best to be helpful and it arrived in one piece.
Review of ZARA
3 stars for Zara online, this time.
I have a feeling I tried shopping with Zara before in the past but thought I would offer a review for this time as it went pretty well.
2 stars taken off for a) state of the box when it arrived and b) quality of the items is NOT universally good, c) website advertises things they don't have.
Here is the info for this order, so you can see why I gave 3 stars and if what I think is important is important to you also;
1. Website -
relatively easy to use. I found the information on what the product is made of extremely hard to find which lead me to buy two items that were not as the photo suggested cotton, but turned out to be shiny nylon - yuck, not for me.
I bought in the sales, the pricing seemed really odd to me, some items ( trousers) of the lowest quality materials ( nylon, polyester, acetate etc) seemed to be much more expensive than better quality items. Also - most annoying, the items advertised in the sale, when you went to check out, there were none, I mean all options were greyed out.
Also - the "let me know when back in stock option", although easy to use when present, was hardly ever present and often, when it was, the option was only available for certain sizes - which means you search through, select the items you might like to buy and when you try to put it in the basket, that is when you find out it is not really for sale and hey don't actually have any, so you wasted your time, and every time, for many items I liked the look of!
Placing the order once I managed to find items to add to the basket, was easy but when I checked out you only had the option of logging in or ordering as a guest - no option to create an account.
I found the website to be screen reader friendly.
2. communication -
they informed me by email of the order receipt, provided an invoice email - I always find these confusing as surely an invoice is meant for paying, and a receipt is what they are sending to confirm you have paid?
they emailed to say it was with the courier, however this email came 20 minutes before the courier arrived (hermes). I find that companies who use DPD offer a better service in this regard as DPD have an app, you can see how many stops away your driver is, you are notified a day in advance and can alter the delivery info - like leave it with a neighbour, but no, Zara chose Hermes which is a mixed bag, and delivery information from Hermes is always, in my experience, hit and miss.
3. delivery time -
my order was delivered 2 days after ordered, not bad to mainland uk. There was no next day delivery option I could see. I did get free delivery on my order as I had reached some amount of goods that qualified.
4.State of the delivery - this is where it gets bad.
The box is cardbaord, and folded over, with no delay one the sides at all.
The box arrived bashed and bent, meaning these unsealed sides were gaping open and my stuff was hanging out. Luckily none was lost, but could easily have been, and luckily, none was damaged, but could easily have been.
I tried leaving packaging feedback on the site - no option.
half of my items were inside tissue paper, nearly folded and sealed. The other half although seemingly folded at some point, we're just thrown in on top - no tissue paper, and due to the box being unsealed and squashed open, were scrunched and hanging out the side.
you may blame the delivery company for the state of the outside of the box, but whomever packed the box did a poor job also - only taking care with half hate order, and just checking the other half of the order in on top.
5. Pricing -
I bought in the sales, the prices were reasonable in the sales, not sure I would buy some of the items full price, others I would.
6. Quality -
I bought a number of tops.
I found the quality for most of them to be good, good material, good stitching, good finishing.
Two of the items were just awful, primark would have done a better job, really - they were the sort of that you get from China on ebay, or see on a dodgy delboy market stall, really really bad. The fabric was cheap, tacky, the seams were poorly stitched with threads loose on both tops, and the cut was different although they were the exact same top, only difference was the colour.
I cannot stress how horrible these were, cheap, and looked nothing like the photos on the website. therefore I would warn that some people may buy something and give a positive review and others may buy a different items and leave a scathing review and the consistency of quality is sorely lacking. I also stress that these two tops were more expensive than others I bought at the same time, in the same delivery, that were more in keeping with the Zara brand, so it is not as though I expected them to be tat based on the photos and pricing I expected them to be better.
So, overall,
I managed to order - eventually when I could add it to the basket ( when the items they advertise were actually in stock!), the order comms were good, the delivery was quick.
The quality was very variable from shockingly poor to good, and in the case of one jumper - outstanding, but the packaging was abismal.
I have not tried to return the two tops yet, and based on the reviews below am concerned it will be a horrible experience but will update this as and when I try it.
Review of Boobalou
excellent selection of Eco gifts and excellent service.
Here are the details of my first order with boobalou, I have provided detailed information so that you can see why I chose to give 5 stars and you can see if what is important to me is important to you when choosing a company to shop with...
1. Initially I searched Google and found what I was looking for at a company with a different name, but I could not figure out how to add it to basket as there were no add to basket buttons.
I contacted the company explaining what I wanted and that I needed it for Christmas.
They replied letting me know I had made it to their wholesale site and should try Boobalou, and spookily on some more Google searching I had made it there myself too.
2. Their website was easy to use, I am disabled and use a screen reader so that is saying something.
3. The items were listed as in stock and available for delivery before Christmas - ideal information to have so you know what you are doing.
4. In Christmas shopping panic mode I noticed the items had not been shipped ( according to the tracking info provided by boobalou so I contacted them again. Do not be put off if you cannot reach them on the phone, just email them, they reply really quickly.
5. They replied and explained that I had shopped during a software update and that she could see that not only had try been shipped but we're due for delivery the next day.
6. They were delivered the next day, packaged really well, in just enough recyclable materials and I am very happy with my purchases and so will the intended recipient and be delighted.
7. Speaking of packaging , they also give you the option not only of regular or vegan products, but also whether they are shipped in any plastics, I chose without.
So to recap:
website - easy to use, lots of choice good pricing, choice of delivery speeds and packaging.
customer service - great - handled a panicked shopper very well, friendly and full of useful information, and accurate too.
Delivery - fast
packaging - Eco friendly.
therefore 5 stars and I would recommend shopping with boobalou.
I hope this is useful.

Review of Eden & Willow
Details:
I first ordered their items, without knowing who they were, from amazon. The first couple of orders arrived safely, the third order from amazon, packaged by amazon, arrived smashed as it was put in a box with another order item, a heavy order item, and the one from Eden & WIllow was glass.
They contacted me to ask how my purchase went, and I told them. I was not happy and was annoyed because I was just about it order more.
They contacted me to explain they had not packaged it but would give me a full refund. I asked them if there was another site I could order form, where it might be packaged a bit more sensibly and they gave me their site address - Eden & WIllow.
I found the items I was looking for there and ordered off next day delivery.
The items were sent via DPD, giving me not only am hour update delivery slot, but also the name of the driver.
The items arrived very well packaged, in time, and in one piece.
I bought their stacking storage jars with bamboo lids.
I bought the 2 and 3 sides ones from amazon, (the 4 from Amazon arrived smashed)and then the 3 and 4 sizes from Eden & WIllow.
These storage jars are great because they have a nice wide base, making them unlikely to tip over.
Each jar is interchangeable, so the one on the bottom can go on the top etc.
These are ideal for smaller quantities such as packets of seeds, or as also in my case, amino acid supplement powders.
I tried putting a pack of flour in then and you could just about manage it across 3 jars ( so one 3 size stack)
The lid is smooth so theoretically you could stick one set on top of the other without any balance issues.
The jars are fine, so do need careful handling when washing, but they do look really neat and tidy.
So - Eden & WIllow,
Website - easy to use.
Products - good quality.
Delivery - their own (dpd) brilliant.
Customer service- great - they handled my complaint politely and quickly and refunded where necessary and provided useful help when asked for.
I would recommend Eden & Willow from their own website.
Yes their delivery is charged for under £60.00 whereas it is free with Amazon prime - however, when you buy multiple items, the costs work out in your favour when buying from them directly, as the 4 items I bought, even with the next day shipping fees, came to the same if not a little less than buying it from Amazon Prime with their free next day delivery. Also, Eden & WIllow do a far better job of packaging your items than Amazon does.
Review of Cobolt Systems
Great company - very helpful, super product, ideal for registered disabled.
I was searching for a thingy to help me fill my tea cup - turns out it is called a liquid level indicator.
The additional problem I have is I cannot hold a whole cup of tea - I can only manage a half cup and knowing nothing about these things I needed someone to talk to.
I found cobolt systems on a google search - I saw they had the same items as the RNIB, but cheaper and in addition they had a variable level indicator - the only one I could find on the internet for the UK.
I called and spoke to a lovely lady who advised me on the cricket ( this si the standard one, looks like a circle with prongs) and also their own Sensa Cup Level Indicator (MK111). We decided on this one as it is variable and suited my needs, which she carefully listened to, and she asked if rather than having to set up an account online, if I would like to pay over the phone.
I did, took seconds, and the lady from Cobolt systems advised me it would be with me in a day or two -well I said thank you but did not get my hopes up.
It turned up the next day!
well packaged and easy to use.
As a registered disabled person, buying things for my disability, I do not need to pay VAT within the UK, they sorted that out for me and only charged me the non VAT price without any bother.
I would therefore highly recommend Cobolt systems UK for this level indicator thing, and also would probably extend that to their other products, just give them a call if you are not sure what you need and they seem well versed and willing to help.
Review of Indigo Herbs
Brilliant products and super fast delivery. I have been ordering from indigo herbs for a few years now and they are consistently brilliant. The last order I placed arrived the next day - amazing.
everything is well packaged and not too much packaging, I am always impressed when I order from Indigo Herbs.
Review of Weldricks Pharmacy
great selection, good pricing, easy to order online, email confirmation of order and of shipment.
Items arrived in one piece and the box was just the right size.
would recommend.
