Used top cashback for several years now and received over £1000 in cashback back.

Completely useless

Message your parcel has been delivered left on front porch. But unfortunately for the fourth time not on my front porch.
Checked in next street where usually left but not there.
Now Yodel wants me to go round knocking on doors to see if anyone in the area has my parcel.
I rather go to trading standards to see what a delivery company's responsibility is.
At the moment £50 + out of pocket.
So basically I had to give one star to leave a review that doesn't warrant any stars.
Hopefully citizens advice and trading standards will be more helpful.
Oh and just incase you hadn't realised this the driver knows where it left it so maybe it's your responsibility to get the person you employ to go fetch my parcel instead of expecting me to find where he left it.

Yodel complete joke and waste of time

No change email saying parcel delivered left on porch. No parcel on my porch so went to check No 8 in the next street where they normally leave it but not there. I know we've only been living at this address for 10 yrs and surprisingly no other delivery company has a problem delivering to us.
I now have the hassle of contacting the seller to let them know yodel once again have failed to deliver.
Worse delivery company at least I knew when I got the email saying yodel has your parcel it wouldn't be delivered to my address.
The the unfortunate thing is it hasn't been delivered to the address they normally deliver to in the next street.
So don't have a glue where left maybe in the next village 🤔

Really good experience buying from this company. Refurbished and everything ordered looks brand new. Nice to have the upgrade offers at competitive prices.

Completely useless

Once again my delivery was left at the wrong address. Left on the front step in the rain in a different road. This is not the first or even 3rd time this has happened with Yodel.
Never had this problem with any other delivery company.
Worse delivery company surprised people still use them.

Worse delivery company.

Worse delivery company to deal with 3rd delivery not received but emails saying your parcel has been delivered. Probably same driver can't road names so just deliver anywhere.
