Excellent

I ordered three personalised mugs. Excellent quality, shiny photos, actually better quality than the original photos! The mugs are nice and thick, very robust. Cheap postage cost, even for multiple items. Excellent!

Brilliant!

Hundreds of bikes to choose from. Mine is very much as described "like new". It does look brand new. Excellent service and delivery, particularly if you are on a budget, you can buy quality bikes that elsewhere would cost hundreds or thousands more!

I was notified of everything

I was notified of everything, including changes in the time of delivery. The driver rang me twice to let me know how far they were.
The item arrived in splendid condition.

super expensive postage

I personalised three mugs with photos. When I got to the checkout I was disgusted to see that the postage cost was £4.99 for EACH MUG!! Total postage £14.97. This is ludicrous, no other company does this. You can't complain to them by email since they don't have an email address (weird this). In the end I refused and ordered them from Keep It Personal, who only charged £3.99 for all three items.

I was first lied to by a certain Muhammad, online chat, about the pay as you go £5 value bundle not being available for long term customers like me, and he tried to get me to switch to a 24 month contract. the next one, Max, was the worst. He told me the same lie and when I said I might change to a different provider, he said: "SURE, you text PAC to this number etc.... Disgraceful behaviour! Max shouldn't encourage customers to change to a different provider. He should be fired! Finally on my THIRD attempt, after being lied to twice, I was placed back on my £5 value bundle.
Unacceptable attitude from Vodafone staff.

It's never good to lie.

"Royal Mail just missed you" Delivery attempted etc. Imagine my surprise in receiving this message. I was in the house all day, waiting, nobody came, nobody rang the door-bell or knocked on our door or left any note. Nothing. This lazy courier has pretended to have been at our location, has lied about it, when in fact he never turned up at all. Disgraceful, unprofessional behaviour.

Funny enough I'm complaining about Amazon reviews!
You can't leave any negative review that is honest and truthful. Any reasonable criticism goes against their new "guidelines". Plenty of books written by prejudiced, racist authors, and if you use the word 'racism', the review will be blocked by these censors.

Pathetic, let's hope Elon Musk buys Amazon!

Instagram will block you from commenting for days, or even suspend your account for no reason. On the other hand, when you report a video showing terrorism or animal cruelty, they do nothing and refuse to remove it.
Instagram is a new type of dictatorship that we are getting used to. No freedom of speech on this corrupt platform.

dumped the package and left

This guy simply dumped my package outside our door and left! Later it started raining, the package got wet.
If this individual hates his job, he should quit and do something else. Disgraceful service. I hope he gets fired.

They pretended to have attempted a delivery (no such thing happened, I was in), then dumped the item at a local pick up point. No re-delivery, nothing, if you are not in when they pretend to attempt the delivery, you will have to go and pick it up yourself. They don't care whether you are disabled, housebound etc. Absolutely disgusting service. UPS should be abolished as a company.

Unprofessional driver

The driver rang the doorbell, left the package outside our door, visible to everyone and walked away.
It was raining and the item is electric!
It could have got damaged, could have been stolen, luckily it wasn't, but the attitude of the driver was very unprofessional.

dishonest and unprofessional.

First they LIED about having "attempted a delivery", which never happened. We were in the house and nobody has rang the bell, knocked on the door or left any note at all. They didn't bother to come to the property at all. The following morning they said that they wouldn't re-deliver (the original delivery never took place) to my house, I would have to go and collect it from a newsagent!
I wonder why they lied? Why pretend you have attempted a delivery when you didn't? Maybe he was in a hurry, or needed the toilet?
Anyway, a disgracefully dishonest service. I don't like people who lie.

KINDNESS and GENEROSITY are not attributes usually associated with solicitors! Ashwood are extremely friendly, really know their stuff and are very generous. They will go out of their way to help you and advice you, even if in some cases it won't be of financial benefit to them. Extremily rare with law firms! I would reccommend them to eveyone!

Never had a problem! Sometimes sellers can be dodgy, sell you damaged items and refuse to refund you. That's when EBAY steps in, takes on the case and gives you all your money back. The company is brilliant!

Don't trust reviews on Argos.co.uk!

First of all, they don't have an email address and nobody answers the phone. Impossible to contact! Second, you must NEVER trust the reviews you read on Argos.co.uk. I have bought numerous items from Argos in the past, not once have I been able to leave a review. There was never an option in my account to leave a review, like you have in proper companies such as Amazon or Ebay. They say that ''To leave a review on our website you will be sent an email within 2 weeks of purchasing to do this.'' And yet, I have NEVER ONCE been sent an email to leave a review! Clearly all the 4 and 5-star reviews in Argos are totally fake, written by staff members! Don't trust them!

They are good at issuing refunds.

They are good at issuing refunds after returning an item. That's all. They sold me a piano stool which was incredibly defective, uneven legs, wobbly knobs for adjusting height..... During the purchase process, don't expect any communication from a 'human' at this company because it won't happen. All you get are automated responses by a computer, any emails you send with queries won't receive a reply from an actual person. Very bad customer service.
