I had a bad experience with GLS

I had a bad experience with GLS. The courier delivered when I wasn’t home so they decided to give my parcel to an absolutely random person living further away on my street. Why didn’t they give it to one my neighbours is a mystery. The parcel was very expensive and I cannot get hold of that person.

Useful service, we book activities on Viator regularly. There are a few areas for improvement. Search is not stellar. Activity options can be limited sometimes.

Exceptional support

Exceptional support: fast, professional and super nice. I got individualized approach, great rates and fantastic service. Couldn't be happier. I really grew tired of the bigger players and their careless "too big to fail" attitude where a single customer don't matter. Clicktrip are really taking the industry to what it has always supposed to be: hospitality and care.

Super bad experience

Super bad experience so far. More than 2 weeks in, cannot get a meaningful conversation with anyone. Or any conversation for that matter. I feel worse than before I tried using betterhelp and well apparently that's what I paid for.

Had the worst consumer experience of my life with Telmore

The sales rep literally tricked me into giving him my details by saying that he will send me an offer. I asked him twice whether I am committing to subscription and he said no, that it will only happen after I give my bank details and confirm I accept the proposal.

The next thing I know is receiving an email about negative saldo and a sim card in my mailbox. I immediately written back to the customer service that there must be some sort of mistake and received no answer. After several persistent emails I got an answer but customer service wouldn't help me and after the initial response started to ignore me entirely. The bottom line: dodgy sales practices and arguably the most awful customer support in the world. Highly negative experience.

The rest is awesome, love the place especially the service.

Good service, convenient website.

There is no English language on the website, so I couldn't really enjoy my shopping. The website is pretty convenient though and interface is easy to use. Generally I am pretty satisfied with my shopping experience. Thank you.
