I did subsequently have a problem with 12 of my slats on one window. Blistering appeared on the slats and i was advised that there may have been a manufacturing issue with them. "Harry" at Blinds Direct offered a complete replacement of all the slats on both windows with different ones as priority! I got refunded the difference in cost also very quickly.
So far all good!!

Last order of flowers sent for Mother's day were drooping badly as sent WITHOUT water retentive wrapping around the base of the cut stems (Arrived 1 day late too). I complained and was given a full refund. Over the years I've had no problems but this last order was very poor. Two roses thrown straight in the bin. Not what I wanted for my mother to have to do!

Three times I have tried to email Head Office in order to request my 3 months be added to my membership due to the Covid lockdown. NO reply since a month after my first email since August 10th, not even acknowledgement email responses. Staff either busy with other members or not there when I leave to speak to someone.
The Studios ARE still leaking and I can attest that this has been the case since I joined in June 2019! Its frankly unacceptable and I am mindful NOT to renew my membership. I do not feel valued as a member, just ignored. The cost not worth it, I will save or go elsewhere!
