My review is for the 174cm Giant Brushed Stainless steel water wall cascade.
Sadly Primrose are not allowing reviews at the moment - but here's hoping any potential buyers will see this.
Issue 1: The instruction sheet step 2. There is no tube in your kit to connect the frame to the pump. Eventually Yvonne in Customer Services tells me that the pump supplied doesn't connect if upright even tho the rubber stickers on the bottom imply exactly that.Turned on side will connect but Yvonne points out that we would need to get some foam and pack it around the pump to stop it moving about!!! The rest of the putting together went fine but couple of other important bits:
The LED lights require a separate mains connection.
Getting the unit level is crucial or water won't flow correctly.
The sticker on the front of the wall is almost impossible to remove without Lakelands Sticky Stuff Remover.
So the turn on was disappointing! Water flow left a 10cm gap either side. Finally after much googling we discovered (not from Primrose) what the green scouring pad is for- take a long narrow edge and drag it GENTLY down each side from top to bottom. Two goes and we achieved perfectly flowing water.
Finally remember in hot weather to keep the tank topped up. If you hear gurgling it needs water.

I have purchased a number of products recently and all except one are treasured. One item needed to be returned (as the ring didn't suit my finger) and this process was smooth.

Parcel throw over our garden wall and note put through front door. They had no idea what was in parcel.

Overall a good airport. Meet and Greet is very efficient and FastTrack security very good. Border Control in Arrivals still too many queues.

Our first experience with TrustedHousesitters was great. Needless to say we were worried the sitter wouldn't turn up, leave house in a mess or find our cats have disappeared. You create a relationship with your sitter in advance and you build up a trust. It worked wonderfully for us so we will be using the site again.

Had surgery on right eye 28th August and just had my one month check up. It seems I am a text book case - let's hope that continues.
Surgery painless - you really cannot see a thing - well sparkly lights! It's all over so quickly. No more magnification needed on my computer and colours seem brighter. My left eye doesn't need doing yet but if and when it does I will be returning to Optical Express.

Good product and superb service

In the past I have purchased many different paddle brushes of all sizes and prices but thought I would never find one that didn't cause static. That was until I bought the GHD one! It is a wooden brush but coated in a soft black rubber like coating. It is beautiful to hold and comes in a lovely box which I have decided to keep it in.

The whole subject of light bulbs baffles me compared to the old system so was very grateful to receive excellent advice on which bulb to choose as I wanted a warm glow (which LED's can never give).
