Easy to order-same style just the next size up. Previous pair the sole came off - quality not as expected- but Clinkards refunded no problem. As I result I am a loyal customer.

I had a trial of the toothpaste which motivated me to buy the full size refillable pump/refill. The toothpaste tastes nice and the pump is aesthetically pleasing. I’m using the deodorant too which seems to be good though not tested getting really sweaty with it yet. Being a new customer I’m really happy with everything so far. Customer services have always replied quickly to questions. They really do seem to be making an effort to make things work and to build the business. Good luck to them.

I’ve got a few things from CC but my favourite is the sweatshirt. The fabric is amazing quality. Because it feels good quality I enjoy wearing it and I reach for it more than I do my other sweatshirts (I can’t imagine me buying other brands now). It’s a win-win: buy something you love, wear it loads, less need to buy more….and the fact it’s made in the UK at a good price is just amazing.

I’ve done two lucky dips now and really pleased. First bag despatched super fast. Second was slower but customer service chased it up and got it sent straight away.

Item was good value in the sale but took ages to be delivered. Parcel went AWOL with DHL and online tracking wasn’t helpful. No reply from Cox&Cox when I emailed them (in fact they never replied apart from an automated email saying someone would be in touch) and DHL finally replied to my query (after the item was delivered 5 days later). Whilst the item is lovely, delivery and communications are not up to scratch.

I’ve had about 6 pairs of Toolally earrings now. I always get compliments when I wear them. They come beautifully packaged too. I’ve had an issue with a couple of pairs this week which customer services resolved immediately. It is really nice to be able to contact someone easily and get an immediate response with a very generous solution to the problem.

Friendly couriers. Always try to leave parcels safe where possible. Nothing has ever gone missing.

The items arrived extremely quickly. They were beautifully packaged in recyclable packaging-no plastic. The garments did not all suit but they are mostly well made and the fabric is high quality.

Very happy with the quality of the trees. Lots of fresh growth and as described. Possibly received bigger specimens than expected as deliveries were delayed due to Covid-19. Trees have settled in very well. Better service and packaging than most but still room for improvement in terms of using biodegradable plastic. Packaging very good though and no damage. Delivery driver friendly but did not realise I had two parcels until I told him to go back to the van to check. I chose Ornamental Trees because they had the stock that no-one else had and I felt I paid a premium for that but in the current climate I am happy to support a smaller business which is reasonably local rather than a big online gardening company.

Cheaper than the high street and extremely easy and quick to order. Would recommend buying contact lenses online to anyone.
