Great service, competitive price, free next day delivery to North East Scotland (Competitor wanted £9.95 for delivery to Highlands which is rubbish as I do not live in Highlands of Scotland)

My parcels arrive in Dundee in the early hours of the morning, tracking advises item at delivery depot but this is not the case. The item then has to transfer to my local delivery depot in Peterhead arriving around noon. Previously tracking would be updated with time of arrival at Peterhead but no longer happens. Parcels are then delivered next day, approximately 22 - 24 hours after arriving in Peterhead. In short, parcels can travel the the length of the country quicker than the two miles from Peterhead depot to my house!

Parcel due for delivery on Thursday 1st September. Message from Evri to advise that my parcel had been delayed. Parcel was in Aberdeen at 02.27 on the 1st but was not sent out to Peterhead for delivery. Advised on the 2nd that parcel would be delivered between 16.00 and 17.00 only to be advised 16.22 that they were not able to deliver but would update tracking on next working day. Rubbish service, company name may have changed but service is still very poor. Company suppling the awaited parcel have been advised or poor service from Evri.
