For us, we used motorway to sell the car of a relative who passed away. For the most part, the team have been really great and helpful but we are still awaiting collection of the car and it was very difficult to get any useful information about the collection.

We are still waiting confirmation of what is happening with our order which is incorrect. I think they’re genuinely trying to sort it out but whenever I try to call I just go through to an automated message which then ultimately ends the call (this has been happening on Friday, Monday and Tuesday). I don’t believe there’s a customer service “team” and it’s becoming a little frustrating now. We specifically waited until nearer Black Friday to look for good prices (babies are expensive) and I’m now worried with all the waiting and lack of being able to just speak with someone we may have missed the boat on a good price from another site. I don’t know if I’ll need to send our order back or if the missing items will simply be sent to us.
Just ordered a full new bathroom, tiles and all, and so far so good. I wasn't able to enter one of the voucher codes online but I've still rated them 5 as they were so helpful in helping me to order over the phone, ensuring the discount code was applied (which to me made a significant price difference). Very happy so far, lets hope the same applies when delivered etc.
I normally send the phone special delivery, only to cover myself if royal mail decide to lose it (take it!). So far absolutely no trouble from Mazuma, I've sent them a few phones over the years and each time they have delivered exactly what was promised. The payments arrive quickly by post and even quicker if you choose bank transfer. No complaints from me at all!
