No update for days and finally my parcel arrived yesterday night. 5 days after the last update.

I have been buying from Fabric land for many years, it’s my go to place for all my sewing needs. Always a great selection of fabrics and I end up buying more than need, an Aladdin’s cave for the sewing enthusiast.

Very easy process from start to finish

I sent a parcel which was wrapped well and absolutely covered in Fragile tape. The buyer just sent me the photos and it looks like it has been thrown around as it’s broken. This was a sale on eBay.

I ordered two shelves and selected a specific date for delivery. They did not arrive on the date and Homebase did not know where they were. I finally received them two days later and the shelves were wrong, so I am waiting for them to be collected. I was sent one Gloss and one Matte they order was for two the same.

Fast efficient and well informed along the way.

I ordered a matching tankini set, I was later informed that the top was out of stock but the bottoms were on the way. It would have been more helpful if I had been asked do I still want the bottoms which are no good without the top. I then had to wait for a refund.

Very easy process from start to finish. I didn’t know of anyone who took old coins from different countries. These were thrown in a bag which was almost full. I had a look online and found LOC, I would highly recommend LOC to anyone who had lots of left over currency. Excellent customer service.

Having to return it as the hole saw cutter I needed to use did not fit the centre bit.

Absolutely hopeless. Evri delivery guys clearly cannot read. They keep leaving my deliveries outside the main building door which is on a busy main road in full view of passers by. There is a laminated sign asking delivery guys not to leave anything outside.

What a truly amazing experience from start to finish, everything happened so quickly. I received a price but was very sceptical as to achieving anything close to that. It was put online on Saturday morning at 8am, I was informed of this and that after the sale ended at 3pm I would be contacted if my car had reached the price It was quoted. True to their words I had sold my very close to the original price. I was over the moon and accepted straight away. The dealer contacted me less than an hour after I accepted and arranged a convenient day for collection. Three days after my car was picked up, I was paid straight away and waved bye to my car, it was a sad moment but also a happy one. I highly recommend using a motorway and have already spread the word. A HUGE Thank you Motorway.
