I bought a smart watch for my grandson yesterday and am having issues with the Sim. Virgin Media Ireland's customer support is appalling. Spent most of an hour yesterday waiting to speak to someone, told they'd ring me back, no word yet, im now actually on hold again today, 48 mins now.

GLS is so dependable and always delivery on time, not like other Courier companies who have a habit of holding on to packages for days before delivering. Frank from the Cork Depot usually delivers to us, he is a thorough gentleman, always smiling, and one of the most pleasant people I've met.

If I had my choice I would NOT deal with this Courier service. Down through the years I've had nothing but complaints to make....from emails saying item delivered to having parcels delivered to neighbours house because the driver won't go the extra few steps down our driveway to parcels being left outside our gate which is only 10 metres from the road...anyone could take it....we live in a rural area.

I'm very pleased with the service, especially at this time of year. Mostly I'm happy with all my purchases except for the " Bone China Mugs"...I was so excited when they arrived, beautifully packaged in a gorgeous presentation box, but alas...they are NOT bone china, just regular clay pottery. They should not be advertised as BONE China. I am soooo disappointed. I could have bought the same quality for half the price in department stores!

We had the delightful experience of shopping for flooring, a living room suite, and a bed last week at the Pouladuff outlet in Cork. We expected to spend a few hours browsing and possibly arguing over likes and dislikes, lol, but Eugene, Chloe and Helena were so knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with that we were done and dusted in record time. Will certainly recommend EZ Living to family and friends.

For the first time ever I ordered a piece if jewellery online, I was a bit dubious, as I was fearful it may not be as beautiful in reality, but hurray!! It was an amazingly gorgeous New bridge Silver necklace with a simple silver disc with a Ruby stone. It has been well received in Newfoundland in Canada as a 70th birthday!

I do quite a lot of shopping online, most of the time I find delivery to Ireland quite slow, but was amazed to have received my order in just 2 days, very well and neatly packaged. Thank you.
