Monzo is a pleasure to use and night and day to my old bank. Simple, intuitive and fun even. Yes, banking and fun are not two words many would have considered putting together. Setting things up like payments is simple and reassuring. Saving and investing is a cinch and interactive. Security is as robust as you like and easily adjusted for your needs. As for card delivery and activation? Mind-blowingly quick. I got my card within a day! My old bank was jealous! Keep up the fantastic work. A tiny chink of improvement would be one or two of the subscription offerings should be free.
