I have used Pawfit trackers for several years now. They are great and track the dogs movements well. Great for swimming dogs. Any problems encountered have always been dealt with promptly and efficiently. The attachment of the tracker to collar fitting of Pawfit3 is not as good as previous model and sometimes does not click in to holder properly.

Good, easy to use website, easy to navigate. Response to booking was prompt within working hours. Only problem was delay in email confirmation due to incorrect address

I have several Pawfit 3 trackers, all of which work really well. When I have encountered a problem with any of the trackers, my springers run through hedges, water and test them greatly, Pawfit have been quick to respond to problems with advice and replaced the trackers if the problem cannot be resolved after returning the original. A great product and company.

Easy website to use. Only problem was unable to put correct car details and flight destination not present. Had to contact support desk which worked well, but when given phone number expect to speak to someone not be directed to Chat.
