This business is a scam, despite me checking on Trustpilot. I ordered a diamond ring and eternity band. Nothing like the photos, The package I got had no paperwork, just cheap plastic sachet containing two very cheap christmas cracker type rings which I could have got from Shein or Temu for a pound each. Then website allows no contact as the contact section is blanked out when you try it. and their emails are returned by the server. I am surprised Trustpilot allows fake reviews. I have since looked at all the fake jewellery website reviews and they all appear to come from China and be hit and miss as to quality. I am now going to look much more carefully at reputable companies for recommendations. Lesson learned but I am sad that Trustpilot now has fake reviews. I note that even much higher end jewellery companies also have terrible reviews. I believe it all comes from China so if I want a throwaway ring, I shall just buy from Temu or Shein.

Quick service, good plant and packaging plus a discount voucher. I'll use them again.

This company is beyond comprehension, liars and total incompetents.
I was expecting a parcel and it was delivered to a totally wrong address. The people at that address called my sender. DPD picked the parcel up and took it back tothe depot rather than deliver it to my house which is a minute away. What utter fools.
The parcel was plants which by now have died languishing in some warehouse.
I myself spend nearly and hour over three separate chats on the phone telling them the problem. They promised to redeliver the parel which never happened.
I told my seller who was told by DPD that they would interview the driver to see what went wrong.
The seller then sent me replacement plants. Guess what, DPD used the same driver, Jamal, who then delivered the second parcel. Where? To the same wrong address as before. I had to go myself and pick it up in the car.
Therefore, not only are DPD incompetent going to the wrong address, not once but twice. And liars as they told me and my seller that they would put things right.
On top of this. they do not have a complaints procedure. There is no complaints form on their complaints charter. I am going to escalate this to Trading Standards.

I was unsure how genuine this company was but did some research and I ordered the khaki satin skirt. It arrived very quickly well packaged. I ordered size 8 which is a generous fit. The fabric is top quality. It is too long for me being 5 ft 3 " but I knew that from looking at at the models. I wanted something definitely maxi. It is possible to pull it up but the best thing for me will be to have it altered so it is a bit shorter and slimmer to suit my proportions. It is worth it as the skirt is such good quality.

Always helpful even in unusual situations. No quibble returns. Excellent customer service.

in Post is great but quite often the locker size needed is not available. Obviously doing it out of normal hours is best. Otherwise it is great.

My cats love their Bella and Duke food. One of my cats was very sickly when we rescued her and our holistic vet agreed that raw food builds up our pets immunity. Among other things, the food has really helped..I'd never go back to supermarket food.

Our cats love this and it's great if we forget to defrost their raw food. Also great to tempt them to eat. Best of all, it's natural.
