Having flown with Jet 2 many times, this was our first package holiday with them. From the time of booking, which was only a few days prior to departure to us arriving back at Birmingham Airport we were kept totally informed. The resort accomodation was exactly as we wished it to be. The resort grounds were well maintained. We were able to eat in all the resort al la carte restaurants which we found, as foodies to be of a very high quality. All in al a holiday we will be repeating hopefully next year at the same resort.

Another pleasant engineer visited our home for our annual boiler service. The engineer arrived at the appointed time and carried out the boiler service in a timely fashion. We are well pleased with him and Boxt service overall.

My order for an EV Charger was made on a Thursday,. I was. I was contacted over night for details of the site layout and provided all that was required straight away. A couple of hours later I had my proposed fitting date brough forward to the following Monday. The elcytrician arrived on time, explained everything clearly to me regarding the instasllation and then got on with his work. Less than 3 hours later he was on his way leaving me with a fully working EV charger and a clean and tidy site.

Review of Affordable EV Charging Solutions
It took only a few days from ordering my EV charger to it being installed. The fitter arrived at exactly the time given to me. It was explained what was to happen and he spent time listening to me to find the best place to install the charger and the accompanying wiring. On completion, all relevant test were carried out, the site cleared of the debris from the installation and left clean and tidy.

The online quote system, for some unknown reason was unable to give me a car insurance quote, however on speaking to the agent direct I was offered a very competitive premium which I was happy to accept.

1 star only because no stars was not an vailable option. Shoes arrived, no invoice and because they were smaller than those ordered and do not fit I wish to return them. Email addresses are all fake for this company as they are returned by Google and Windows as undeliverable. Avoid like the plague.

Whatever you do avoid this company like the plague. A phone ordered twice. On each occassion despite my bank authorising payment the orders were cancelled by Nokia. Despite this Nokia are blocking £13 on my bank account on a recurring basis to cover the old phones trade in value despite them cancelling and not supplying any phone to me. On top of this I received 6 emails instantaneously for my trade in phone to be sent to them at 2am one morning followed by 100, yes 100 emails sent for the second cancelled order again at 2am one morning. Their customer service have not responded to my emails and do not answer phone calls directed to them. I cannot say that Nokia UK have poor customer service. They have no customer service.

I paid for parking at the Navigation Inn at Stoke Bruerne. £4.00 was the charge advertised on the Car Park sign. Paid via Ring Go App but charged £8.00. Have emailed Premier Parking and tried to phone them for a refund and have been totally ignored. They have 7 days to sort this matter out or, as I have informed them in writing I will take this matter to the County Court for a refund. It may only be £4.00 but a greater princile is at stake here.

Service carried out by an extremly pleasant engineer. He was not rushed and went through things and when I was in his presence explained what he was doing to me and took his time to answer some questions I had regarding my boiler.

Review of Marks Electrical
We ordered a new Dishwasher in store on 3rd February. All the paperwork was sent to us straight away and our delivery slot advised later that day. In fact the delivery team were earlier than expected which was a great help. The dishwasher was installed and the old one removed and all carried out with the utmost friendliness of the two delivery team members. The dishwasher was left running to test it out. Unfortunaely after they left we found a leak occuring from the waste pipe which was flooding our cupboard. A phone call to Marks Electrical was made and the delivery team where back with us in less than 40 minutes and rectified the problem. It is a mark of a good company that when things go wrong that the problem is recitified quickly. This was done and without fault. We will definately return for our next purchase to Marks Electrical as a result. 6 stars would be our correct rating for this company if that were possible.
