Ordered some chocolates and macrons as it was my birthday. Both arrived well packaged and have gone down a treat!
Particularly liked the autumnal twist for the macrons, something a bit different and displayed very invitingly in their box. Thankyou.

Ordered a tin and mugs but unfortunately the tin arrived damaged. Contacted Customer service who responded extremely promptly and arranged for a new tin to be delivered the next day. The best customer service I have received in 80 years!

Helpful at valuation time and had one very successful item at auction plus two small sales but sadly others did not sell.
Arranged two dates with local auction house for a home visit with view to placing other items into auction but had no further communication which was extremely disappointing . Other local people have had similar experience. Do not make promises you cannot fulfil!

The parcel had leaked so the driver carried it through to my kitchen and checked the contents with me. Very impressed with the are and concern he took to ensure everything was in order.

Parcel arrived damp and damaged with all plants broken .Have been trying to contact Marshall’s for past 10 days, despite website stating opening times 9-5 6x a week, every time I have phoned, the recorded message asked to call back in 2 or even 3 days time. Tried again today, recorded message states dealing with a backlog! Have now written and am awaiting a response. Very, very disappointing and frustrating especially as website states items are sent with care ! Complained to delivery company and received an immediate response apologising.

Parcel arrived damp and damaged, contents inside damaged and unusable. Tried to phone on Saturday at 4.30 but phone lines closed and again on Monday. Phone lines closed again!
Tried to email on Saturday and Monday. Would not allow me to send!
Really frustrating and disappointing as website clearly states available 6 days a week.Complained to the delivery company who apologised by return.

Have been purchasing from ESPA now for a number of years, their products are always of high quality and smell amazing. I use handwashing products, hair and skin and bathing products and have always been satisfied.
