Disappointing service
Parcel arrived damp and damaged, contents inside damaged and unusable. Tried to phone on Saturday at 4.30 but phone lines closed and again on Monday. Phone lines closed again!
Tried to email on Saturday and Monday. Would not allow me to send!
Really frustrating and disappointing as website clearly states available 6 days a week.Complained to the delivery company who apologised by return.
