Clare had booked several holidays for us which have all been amazing! Her communication and customer service is exemplary. My last booking was a complicated one for a large group and required several changes, one very last minute. Clare carried these out quickly and efficiently without any issues.

AVOID!
Ordered a teeth whitening pen. Took weeks to arrive and when it did came with no instructions whatsoever and the pen felt half empty! Requested a refund 3 times and been ignored.

Make sure you buy right size

Ordered on several friends recommendations and because they offer a 30 day money back guarantee!
Purchased a 60cm bed based on the website recommendations for my dogs weight. Came promptly but sadly clearly too small for my dog, packaged back up in original packaging and emailed the company. They wanted pictures of the bed describing the quality etc! I stated that I’d already packaged back up and I’d emailed them the day it was delivered and it wasn’t suitable for my dog. Had a reply saying I could swap to a bigger size but had to pay £10 shipping charge! I said that I’d happily ship it back and pay costs, but does not cost £10 (it’s lightweight and small package) I stated I wanted a refund and a return address and ignored all my emails since asking for a return address!
Not good customer service.
