I'm new to electric bikes, and i had a few questions before and after I purchased an E bike. This company has responded to all my emails within a couple of hours with all the information I needed. I Can't fault the company at all. The bike was at a very reasonable price with delivery being 4 days from the day I ordered it. The only downside was dpd delivery driver asking a disabled person to help lift the bike off the van.

Have only managed to use it once due to the bad weather.
However when I did use it, it was a thick foam that clung to the van but didn't take the dirt off like advertised but that may have been down to the strength I made it. I think I may have to make it a bit stronger for it to be a no sponging chemical.

Sales team were fantastic. However when I bought the bed I was given a no later than date on an email but it was delivered nearly 2 week's later that that date which when I tried to speak to a manager to say that I was not happy about, the guy I spoke to on the phone just put me back in the queue and I had to speak to another customer service advisor and not with a manager.
I won't be rushing back to buy from again as the customer service is shocking and I certainly won't be recommending to family and friends.

Can't thank this company enough. Ordered the chainsaw at the start of the week and was delivered 2 days later. Great service even with my silly questions. The saw was from new stock built this year unlike other online company's that sell old stock.
Once the saw was out the box and built it only took 3 pulls to get it started and went straight to work with no problems.

This company is highly recommended. From searching for the parts right through to the delivery of them. I had to email them regarding a part and got a reply in a couple of hours. All the parts I ordered from this company fitted exactly the same as the originals and seem to be of good quality. I still need a few more parts for my scooter and i will not be looking anywhere else. I will be using chinese motorcycle parts online. The delivery was within 2 days which is great as it gets your bike back on the road quicker.

Very efficient company. The postage bag was received within 2 days of completing the form online. They keep you updated with what's happening and most of all the money is in your bank within in a matter of hours after them receiving the phone. Very easy and fast to sell your phone to mazuma. Highly recommend to anyone. Will be using again.
