Well clearly there were no deals to be had on a Swift 594 2024 motorhome priced at the same price as a competitor who was selling a Brand new 2025 model. Clearly they didn't want to sell it, stating they had only had it in a week. We were £500 short of the negotiated price and to be clear they weren't offering any other incentives i.e. not even an air freshener. Obviously it goes up in value the longer they have it, not. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately even after taking reasonable care to ensure the vehicles details were correct, for some reason it transfered the old vehicle details into the quote and subsequent policy. It was only on receipt and checking this became clear. Beware

We were given a delivery time between 8am and 12. Stu and Mick called us 25mins before they arrived at 9am. They were courteous and professional as they disassembled the faulty table and reassembled the replacement. Also a big thank you to Alex in customer services for finding us a replacement table and arranging delivery.

Booked on line better rates than offerred elsewhere. at the airport the procedure for collection and the guy behind the counter was great. Definately use them again.
