FAST HARD WORKING ENGINEER VERY EFFICENT CLEANED UP AFTER HE FINISHED TOO HIS NAME WAS JAMIE A VERY POLITE CHAP WHO ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB HE HAS BEEN HERE SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMMEND HIM.

the drainman came (jamie) and he did an excellent job very pleased with how quick he solved the problem.

my recent order took 6 days to arrive but it was ordered in the middle of the new year/bank holidays period i think the delays were down to this also the courier.

We liked it a lot it makes you climax very quickly, I am not sure how long the batteries will last before they will need charging but we only used it once for about 20 mins appprox., the build and finish we would rate as a Average for the price which is good enough.

i have purchased many items from oldrids & downtown over the last 20 years and found the service excellent also product quality is first class they don't sell second rate goods, guarantees on tvs is 5 years standard with no extra charge for this, the only thing that i miss that they stopped many years ago was the price match plus double the difference deal which was great and used it all the time!

but although the blockage was sorted on the day, within a couple of weeks or so the same problem will be back in other words every time a plumber comes he only treats the symptom and not the root of the problem i believe its the third time the plumbers have come round for the same problem ive also cleared this same blockage myself many times i cant see the point in continuing with the homeserve policy if this is all they can do!
